The girl at the front desk was polite and efficient. The room looks nothing like the photo I saw online. Old carpet and room was kind of dingy from being old which is fine, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. I was in a non-smoking room and the smell must be embedded in the carpet and walls. The hallways had a weird smell as well. The location isn't horrible as it's close to everything, but the noise from the road was bad. I stayed for two hours and then booked another hotel and left this one. I could not get over the smell. It was a waste of $100 unfortunately.

The beds are hard as bricks. They messed up booking my reservation and they try to correct it but would not honor the price they had given me and doubles the price for 1 night stay to 360.00 for 1 night. I was forced to check out and find other place because I would not pay the rate increase when it was there mistake. This place is an old MOTEL 6.

Great hotel! Very clean and spacious with a well-working AC and lots of choice at breakfast. Bed was comfortable and nice desk and sofa chair. I needed the ironing board and iron and so appreciated that addition. Our room fronted a busy road, but with the AC and fan blowing, traffic didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay again. One thing to note is there is no elevator, so guests with mobility issues should request the ground floor.

It was good

The rooms were very clean, attractive and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The desk clerk arranged adjoining, connected rooms upon our arrival, even though this had not been requested when making reservations. Water for hot tea, iced water and coffee were available throughout the day.

This is an older hotel. No pool but free breakfast was better than expected. Staff is friendly and professional. Hotel is clean and close to restaurants.

Felt it was dated

Hotel is not as pictured. It is older and not very clean. Found multiple places missed needed cleaning my room. Hairs in my sheets. Would not stay again. Definitely not worth the price.

Check in and check out persons didn't seem to care. Breakfast ends way early (apparently to save money). It would have been nice to know.

Clean, friendly place for a quick overnight stay

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel and room served its purpose well, as we were just passing through for the night. The area seemed good and there are food options etc. nearby.

I got allergies just walking into this building

This property pictures compared to what you see in person is different. The only new thing is the furniture, the building, a/c, floors (have old carpet), bathrooms evrything is old and does not meet the price they ask for. I have seen motels in better conditions.

Checked in and then our children started getting a rash on their arms, feet and stomach. Children were crawling on the floor and laying on/in the bed when the rashes started. Possibly harsh cleaning products? Let front desk know who then contacted the general manager who offered a different room however we were told that same products used so may not fix the situation. As a side note, A/C didn’t work in our adjoining room and we were told they may be able to find someone to fix it. It was already 9 pm. We decided to leave and go to another hotel at 10:15 pm. After a lengthy conversation with the general manager, he refused any refund. We’ve stayed in 100 hotel rooms over the years and nothing has ever happened like this. Not sure what was in the rooms that caused this reaction, but be aware.
