The check in longer than usual, and you talk to a guy on screen .

I have never been treated so horrifically at the front desk as my experience last night it was a complete disaster. A woman actually walked out and went home. The front desk clerk left and went home. She had no intention of assisting me. She actually spent the entire time blaming me so this is the last time I’m even gonna book through hotels.com. I didn’t get any back up. She didn’t help and this place to say damn mess. I actually want a full refund. This is crazy.

I stayed in a lot of low end motels in that area especially on Cleveland ave . I have to say this place is the best . I recommend that place 100%

Having a remote person on a screen handling the check-in was a bit cold and weird; seemed like he was doing a lot of keypunching in data. Room was very nice and the breakfast waffles were delicious.

Check in is flustrating as you talk to a screen. Rooms are walk away from Reception and smell damp. Breakfast is horrible, uneatable.

No protein in the breakfast to be honest prefer live people for check in

Nice location. Price very reasonable for the area. Room was cozy, comfortable and quiet. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants a place to stay for a while. As so many things are nearby. Food, shopping and entertainment.

Im not use to using a kiosk to check in. If you cant have a real person to greet you at check in, why are you even in the hospitality business. Last time you will ever see me.

I hanging out sometimes at the El Estadio Latin Bar and Grill until 2:00 am. And is convenient for me stay in this hotel next to the bar. To avoid drive to home

I was not impressed by having to check in with a remote desk clerk. How completely impersonal. English was not his first language. I'm really tired of being subjected to impersonal service.
