Comfy place to stay. Great staff!

It’s nice place very quiet and clean

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Room was way smaller than I thought. The bathroom was tiny and the sink was outside of the bathroom. I’ve been to motels with rooms way bigger. The vent in the small bathroom didn’t work so it would get really humid in the room because we had to shower with the bathroom door open. The on site parking is limited. We went to an event Saturday night and had no parking when we arrived back at the hotel because there were 2 private parties in the hotel and I’m guessing everyone at the party parked in the spaces meant for guest. Front desk people were nice. The breakfast in the morning was good. The room size was not worth what it cost.

Good place to stay when in the Queens area. Safe, walkable, Food options around the area. I've been here many times.

À l arrivée dans notre chambre, j ai trouvé des poils dans la douche, sur la toilette, et sur la serviette à mains. J ai avisé la réception, ils sont passés à la chambee rapidement en nous offrant une autre chambre, j ai refusé en disant que je voulais des produits nettoyant pour nettoyer et une nouvelle serviette. Le monsieur a nettoyé la salle de bain pendant que je faisais les autres surfaces. Aux alentours de l hôtel , il y a beaucoup d options pour manger. Les transports vers new york sont près et faciles à utiliser. Le dejeuner est un des meilleur dejeunet d hôtel que nous avons eu depuis longtemps et nous avons l habitude de faire beaucoup de voyages durant une année.

We were there for a funeral but the staff accommodated an early check-in, the coffee was great, the breakfast plenty and having that Spanish restaurant right in the lobby is an added bonus. We ate there after the wake and that was delicious. We weren't looking for fancy, just a place to hang our heads after an emotionally draining day, they delivered. So if you have business in Queens, stay here. The parking lot is like an obstacle course though. So if you're terrible in tight quarters, bring the beater car.

Really good breakfast for the 25 dollar fee charged

It was great for s short stay. Very clean the fron desk was really nice. The free breakfast was good. It was also close to the UBS Arena where we went to see an event.

Everything was great and it could have easily been a five-star stay—unfortunately, the AC wasn’t working.

We were checked in by this older gentleman, did not remember his name and he was great. He showed us where everything was and what floor we were on. You would not believe how many times we had to figure it out on our own in different hotels. I appreciated that very much.

AC didn't work in the room, Elevator felt like it was going to stop working at any time, cramp elevator space, couldn't find stairs which might be safer than elevator, parking is too precarious with columns everywhere, only one entrance for vehicle, too tight. Sad.

Although the room was kind of small, it was clean and well organized. The free breakfast was excellent and the free parking easy to get to and out. My wife and I stayed only one night but we could have stayed longer.

We booked this for a one night stay to attend a funeral. The welcome bag was a nice touch. The rooms were nice. Comfortable bed. Clean linens and the in-house restaurant food was delicious, and you get a discount as a hotel guest. And bonus FREE parking and continental breakfast.

Great stay great staff it is close to all kinds of things to do

Best Western continues to be a solid option. The staff were really helpful with travel delays that brought us in after check in time, and the rooms were private and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Really excellent quality, would absolutely stay there again.
