The staff was extremely unresponsive and rude. Didn’t have any basic things we asked for-hot water, bath slippers or toothpaste. Hot tub was dirty and not even hot on both days of our stay.

Really nice stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location; just a short walk to everything, and the view of the old city is amazing. Totally recommend it!

Je n'ai pas pu me rendre à l'hôtel puisque je me suis barré le dos. J'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à rejoindre le desk, ils n'ont retourné aucuns appels, ils ont été difficile avec les employés très efficace de Hotels.com. La personne au desk m'avait dit que je ne me ferais pas facturé pour la nuit manqué. J'ai fait une plainte, la personne qui m'a dit qu'elle ne s'en occupait n'a jamais voulu confirmer qu'un remboursement m'a été offert puis ils ont simplement cessé de répondre à mes courriels. Honnêtement, si je me fie à la façon dont les employés s'occupent des clients, je ne suis pas inspirés par la qualité des installations.

Good size room, good service, great restaurant

The staff was not very friendly. And the rooms need an update, they are extremely old school. They still don’t have a smart tv which can be important to many guests. The biggest issue we faced was their parking which was not at a suitable distance from the hotel, especially considering the cold weather— it’s a hassle. Only pro is it is surrounded by many restaurants so you can walk to many places.

The bathroom needs a complete makeover. Smart TV with digital musical channel is a mist

Pas de four à micro-ondes dans la chambre. C'est très dommage pour un séjour de 7 jours..... Ça coûte cher les restaurants...... Pourquoi ne pas permettre un four à micro-ondes dans un contexte comme le mien???Et surtout pour un client qui visite cet hôtel 3 à 4 fois par année ??????Je vous remercie. Yvon Hubert, un client des îles de la madeleine et qui adore cette belle ville.
