Be careful they have basement rooms with no elevator to them. Window was underneath a deck and very noisy plumbing. There is no elevator going to the basement rooms. Need to book a room above ground. Seemed to give these rooms to those who book on a third party site.

We were instructed at check in that was shouldn't jump out the window of our room because the balconies are not real. Then they assigned us a room in the basement that looked out at ground level (think garden apartment) under the deck of the restaurant above. The room was clean and comfortable, but did not have air conditioning. The property is next to a busy road where traffic accelerates loudly from a stop light. The location was good. Next door to the Alaska Museum (highly recommended) and an easy walk to downtown.

Restaurant ok - but really too expensive. Not worth the price - fresher rooms - better mattresses - generally substandard - not a good reference for Ramada

Didn't like cost of hotel. It was an upgraded Motel 6. We were located on the fifth floor. Only ice machine on main floor and it was broken. Had to ask the front desk if you wanted ice. Had a baloney but was told not to outside as it was unsafe and it looked it. No transportation to the airport.he only way to get air is to open the siding door, but then you heard traffic all night long. You had two big fans in the closet and if you wanted heat, there was a little electrical heater. Price was expensive for getting little in return.

This hotel is hot in the summer with limited options to cool it down as the windows only open a crack. The owner will say this is an insurance company problem, but actually it is a hotel design problem that could be fixed with a different window design or better air circulation fans. You will get an old school oscillation fan that does nothing to reduce the discomfort. Staff is nice. Restaurant is fine. But the rooms are two star not three.

The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, wonderful view of the harbor and many restaurants nearby. Our excursion picked us up at the museum behind the hotel so it was very convenient.

It's an older building, lacking A/C as many or even all buildings in Juneau however the windows in our room didn't open all the way, maybe only 4 inches. It was hot outside so the indoor temperature was unbearable day and night.

Convenient downtown location that allows for easy access to the capitol. Wide spacious room with plenty of space to stretch out. Breakfast is not included, but there is an attached restaurant with plenty of options. Overall, a great location to stay while exploring the downtown Juneau area.

Rooms were very hot during summer, no hot water for morning showers and hair ball in shower - so not a good experience

Great convenient location for exploring Juneau. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired considering the price relative to the surrounding hotels of similar quality. The manager at the front desk was not terribly welcoming and always seemed to have an attitude when approached with an inquiry. We lost hot water the only night we stayed there and were credited back $27. Would have loved to say stay here but definitely overpriced even if you get hot water. Not much options in Juneau so do your research!
