Simply fabulous hotel. Service was top class and the location is hard to beat.

The room was perfect and beautiful. Unfortunately on my 2nd day in Italy I fell and broke my ankle. The second the staff saw me they got a wheelchair and made sure my accommodations were met immediately. One of the gentleman who worked there named Benny is studying to be a PA and went over the entire report with me being it was all in Italian and at the hospital no one spoke English. If I go back to Rome one day no doubt I would stay anyplace else. Thank you Hotel Bio Raphaël for a beautiful stay.

The hotel was luxurious. My wife enjoyed the Dyson hair dryer and straightener. The bathroom was spacious and the room was clean. The adjustable bed made sleeping perfect. The service was impeccable. The staff paid attention to details and answered all of our questions. The restaurant was amazing with a rooftop view.

Hotel Raphaël Wow! Where should I begin! This hotel is completely over the top! We were treated like royalty at every turn! Every one of the staff members in this hotel is amazing! As much as I’d like to name them all, let me say Mary and Paloma at the front desk were incredible! Our room was truly 5 star, and so spacious! Breakfast was wonderful! Everyone was kind and courteous! One street off Piazza Navona, and close to all other attractions. We will NEVER stay in any other hotel in Rome again!

Fabulous hotel. Staff, rooms and restaurants are all great. Worth the extra money to go for an executive suite. In perfect location with lots around to see and do. Restaurants in the same street are also good

Stayed two nights in early July and had a near perfect experience. The staff are wonderful - so friendly and helpful with reservations etc. The hotel is immaculate, with fresh, well-designed rooms. There is a wonderful patio bar/restaurant on the roof with amazing views of the city. With its central location you can walk pretty much everywhere. We had a terrific stay here. Highly, highly recommended.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at they were very courteous helped with whatever I needed took care of us always cheerful. It was a wonderful place. I cannot say a bad thing at all about it. They were a great place. I would refer this hotel to anyone and we will return again. This will be the only place I’ll stay in room.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding English speaking support services at the front desk. They were so helpful with dinner reservations, transportation, everything. It was also in a great central location to walk to everything. Had a fun vibe around the area too. I had also emailed them prior to arrival to confirm transportation options, dinner reservations, etc. and they were so responsive and accommodating! Great all around. I would definitely stay again.

Simply wonderful! A warm welcome from the reception desk, stunning room, outstanding breakfast, fantastic art selection in the hotel...having a musician playing the harp while we were having breakfast beyond any expectations! Congratulations on paying attention to all the small details...!!!

What a beautiful and unique hotel. The entire experience from check-in, to breakfast (with harpist), to restaurant recommendations, to rooftop patio views… everything was amazing!!
