Booked a king room and paid extra for the king bed but was placed in a room with 2 queen beds

Some concerns but the concerns were addressed with courtesy. The hotel seemed to be aiming for efficient and friendly customer service. What a pleasure! Food was fresh. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Minimal noise. Attentive swimming pool staff.

Easy check in and out Comfortable room In house restaurant and coffee shop is a big perk due to lack of restaurants in the vicinity.

Right by the highway

Bed was very comfortable. Our AC did not work. Maintenance came, slowly. Yet arrived to determine the unit needed replacement. They moved us to another room, no question.

Hotel is clean, staff was great and breakfast was very good. Didn't like: room was not cleaned well - hair, stains on the floor and empty water bottles left from previous guest. Safe was locked when we checked in security asked for a couple of hours to come open it

Had to book a stay here very last minute and cannot reccomend it enough! Very kind staff and great accommodations! The airport shuttle was perfect and the highlight was the kind man running the shuttle who made great conversation and made everyone feel safe and sound.

This property was amazingly priced for as nice as it was. Clean rooms, spacious rooms, amazing views watching the planes land and take off. Nice lamps over bed for reading and amazing huge mirrors.

Outdoor pool was the best. My kids enjoyed. The staff at Al's? They were so nice to my kids and everyone was very pleasant

The appearance upon arrival was very nice. Walking into the lobby was nice, spacious and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were so nice, new and clean. The bathroom was so nice. Bright and clean. It was a great experience start to finish!!!

Transportation to airport was very good. Bed was comfortable, food at restaurant was not very good. Food was cold and priced way too expensive. Service was excellent.

Check on and out was easy. They accommodated my family's small requests without issue. I left some shoes behind, and they easily helped me to gwt them returned. The staff handled everything with ease and professionalism. Our rooms were clean, and we felt safe and comfortable.

The hotel itself is very nice. The room was clean and nice, beds were comfy and room was spacious. The pool was the biggest disappointment. This property is huge but the pool is small and overran with rowdy teenagers rough housing, diving in (its only a 4ft pool) and running. Id say the max capaxity on the pool is probably 20 people but there were about 80 people in it. We had a little one that doesnt swim so well so my anxiety was red lining. There was an employee sitting as a "lifeguard" but she did absolutely nothing. The same rowdy unsavory characters were throughout the lobby and the overcrowded parking lot. The parking lot seemed to be the hangout spot to smoke weed as well. Dining was another let down. Breakfast buffet is $23 per person....most hotels of this calibur provide breakfast. Not here. Overall I would give this place 2 out of 5 stars. Room cleanliness and location are great. Safety, larger pool, safer/better parking and better perks are needed to make it more enjoyable. Probably will not book again.
