The renovated room was nice & we have stayed here before. It was okay. Don’t like to leave a bad review but this place was pretty rough. There were dead rats & trash outside. It was so dirty & staff didn’t seem to care. Won’t stay here again.

They are remodeling so the property is in flux. Staff was kind and quiet when sleeping. The remodeled rooms are very nice with abundant usb plugs and power outlets. Breakfast was as expected. Would stay here again.

Used to stay at this property for years. Was excited for their renovations. I got a new room and well there was no trash can so I had to put all my trash on the floor and the room wasn't very clean, hairs on the floor. The furniture wasn't quite new as the end table was missing wood. I remember it being it a step up from the average motel. The best was comfortable. And the toiletries were limited to shampoo and conditioner.

Curtains didnt close, stains on ceiling, no water pressure in the bathroom. We were there for softball so had to wake up early. Only reason i booked this hotel was for the breakfast and breakfast didnt start till 7am on weekends?..like why? Coffe machine in room didnt work and spit water at me and burnt my hand

No privacy at the sink. Also, the lights weren’t working. Plus the water in the sink was so slow we were afraid it wouldn’t go down at all. Parking was limited.

Had to change rooms because the first was seriously dirty. Then there were questionable people coming in an out of their rooms, banging doors at all hours. Did not feel safe -- hotel staff did nothing to quiet them all week

Room was dirty , toilet had NOT been cleaned Shower curtain had dead bug squished in it. Comforter had dirt stains … hopefully dirt… Curtains were ripped and would not close. Room smelled like cigarette and weed. We asked to change rooms and were ignored. Breakfast was terrible and had the same things both days it even looked old and crusty. We did not eat. No towels by the pool or lock on gate to the pool. Honestly a terrible experience.

Room was situated in the back of the facility overlooking a parking lot where transients were roaming around,making noise and it was very disturbing. Felt very unsafe. There was no water pressure, the bathtub would not hold any water,, room two doors down was boarded and the elevator is not functioning properly . Overall appearance was unattractive, unkept, and unsafe. We reside in Newbury Park and made these arrangements for our daughter traveling alone and visiting from another state. We were concerned there may be problems with the people hanging around in that area , however we did not realize the level of the problem. We also did not know about the lack of water pressure, and bathtub issues until she checked out. She didn’t want to complain until we questioned her and realized how uncomfortable she was.

I originally had booked two rooms. When I checked in, I was told there was only one room. I had to call Expedia then I had to go call the hotel then I had to call Expedia again a lot of back-and-forth on a phone call when I originally had made my reservation.I was given a horrible room. There was a bunch of old mattresses in the back because of the remodeling.

under renovation..never should have been open for business electric sockets did not work...had to switch rooms mid-stay shower head linked causing slip and fall danger mold on bathroom floor bathroom sink leak causing soaked carpet trash and dirt under king bed SHOULD RECEIVE TOTAL REFUND!!! SOCIAL MEDIA SHOULD BE ADVISED.

Had one amazing staff member come help us with the TV, she was great. The room was clean and cozy. The bathroom was clean and functional, the added bar was a nice touch. Breakfast was basic but good. (Except the hard boiled eggs were super undercooked 😓)

The first room was very smelly. The smell was of dirty dog smell. The bed sheets were stained and looked washed out... we asked to change rooms and they let us move. That room was much better than the first... check room before settling in.
