This place was magical, the staff was very nice and helpful. 10/10!

The staff were outrageously good! There were many amenities included with the stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet had many options. We were able to walk to Whitefish from the property. The rooms were large and well appointed but a little bit dated.

It was a quaint hotel with a welcoming feel and plenty of places to lounge and read or drink the coffee and tea provided.

Grouse Mountain is a classic hotel and feels like home.

Hot tub was excellent. There was a small microwave in a business center.

We liked the bathroom set up with 2 sinks and the coffee in the room. Comfortable bedding

Was enjoyable stay. Room was good and use of jet pool was great. Was good check in and was happy with parking.

Upon checkout we discovered we had the incorrect charge on our Bill. Front desk took care of it immediately!

Great property with 5 min drive into downtown. The only star i removed was the breakfast was not worth the amount they charge. I would still return though.

We only spent one night but those things that stand out were the friendliness & helpfulness of JR ( shuttle driver/Jack of all trades), the Caesar Salad at their restaurant was the best I’ve ever had, margarita not so special. The huge lobby with roaring fire. We’d definitely return.

We have stayed there before and was great, but this time our room was very cold and asked 3 times for help and problem never got resolved. For that reason, and the money we paid, we probably will not be back
