Directly next to a hop on hop off bus stope, near two grocery stores and pharmacy, nice restaurants in walking distance, and close to the metro. The bed was very comfortable and the room had excellent sound proofing

I felt the property was unsuitable for a stay as long as mine, with a lot of guest turnover, it appeared. It was also too expensive, on that basis.

See that this hotel for the last night of our stay to be close to the airport. The hotel staff was great. The buffet breakfast in the morning was exceptional, and we also went to a steakhouse about 10 minutes away and that was also phenomenal. Close to the airport easy access, and parking

Great hotel to stay at while in Lisbon. The customer service was fantastic and the rooms are spacious and very clean. Uber is very cheap in Lisbon so it is about 10-20 minute Uber ride to major downtown spots. Walkable restaurants near by that serve great Portuguese food. Will be staying there again when I visit Lisbon.

Large room, unusual for European standards. Comfortable room. Area is business so not much to see. If you go on business, this is a practical and good option. Parking on property was good and not expensive. But garage is very small and takes good parking skills!

We booked a room and specifically selected a queen bed and what we got was two single beds. For a couple traveling together this is obviously not great. The reception staff was unapologetic and even told me that we made the mistake during booking. He told me “we gave the queen bed to other people that paid for it….” as if I am asking for a favor. Luckily I had the details of my booking on my phone which clearly state the queen sized bed. I was told there are no more rooms available with queen bed and that it’s probably a problem with the website. No apologies, no attempts for a solution. I asked if there’s anything at all they can do to compensate us for the issue because we feel cheated. They said they will check and call me back in two minutes. It is the next day and I am still waiting for this call…
