There was no soda machines, the breakfast was very limited the place was so hot you couldn’t breath.

Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked great in the room. The lobby and breakfast area were hot. CAH537774304 Coffee was lukewarm and bad. Breakfast choices were lacking. Juice machine was out of order. No milk for cereal. Bread was stale and no butter or jelly. Eggs were rubbery and cold.

For me, the location was great - easy to town and other places. There was a lack of area info.

We booked through Expedia where listing said pool and breakfast. After a ten hour drive and arriving, the stench of feces smacks you in the face as you enter the lobby. I wait at the front desk for over 10-15 minutes for someone to come. I ask about the pool since it’s covered. He says it’s not working. I said we can’t stay here and would like to cancel. He says it’s completely up to Expedia. I call Expedia and they say they have to call the hotel. The representative comes back and says the hotel will not cancel and refund. Very disappointing.

Mold on ceiling, hallways filthy, bathtub was chipped beyond being able to use it, paint on walls was horrible, no refills of toilet paper etc no counters in bathrooms-either no breakfast or terrible breakfast. Rooms were NOTHING like advertised-, no suite, no couch, no recliner.

Quick, easy. Room comfortable but a bit musty this time. Stayed a week ago and fine then. Same room.

This was NOT a Country Inn and Suites. Once inside there was a sign saying "This Hotel is Independently Owned by JEH JIREH Corporation. It was in disrepair. The breakfast that was included consisted of three small danish and another couple was also staying. We went out for breakfast every morning. The staff was rude. They had one bath towel in the room for two people and no face or hand towels available. No toiletries or face tissues in the room. The room was not made up the entire time we were there and there was no sign indicating that there would be no service. VERY disappointing. I have never had this kind of experience with Expedia. Please take this facility off of your list.

It was red flags the moment we pulled into the hotel. The hotel lobby AC was not operational is was super hot. Once we got into the room again extremely hot smelled like wet dog after turning on the AC. Sheets had yellow spots on them bathroom walls had holes, front windows were covered in greasy handprints and the screen was ripped in half. The pool they advertised to be open was still closed for the summer. We ended up checking out within 30 minutes the area just didn't feel safe. It was extremely dirty carpets had some really big stains in the hallway.

Quiet. Clean. Close to airport. No shuttle to airport but close if driving yourself. Coffee maker missing a piece but was coffee made in lobby.

Close to airport and good accessibility from freeway.

Sink and tub did not drain. Towels were dirty. Musty smell. Would not recommend!

Great stay for the price paid

It almost felt like walking into a property in a developing nation. We stayed for one night in June, so it was starting to get hot and humid. I don't know that they turned in the main AC unit, so it was very hot and humid in the building. The furniture in the main lobby looked run down and hobbled together. My family of 7 went down for breakfast an hour and a half before breakfast closed. There was nothing left. It looked like they put food out at 6 and then just left it with nobody monitoring to make sure guests were able to have the breakfast that they paid for. We felt dirty and tired walking out. Would not stay again

The room was nice and clean, I was there for 7 days would have been nice if housekeeping would have seen if I needed tissue, it wasn’t a full role when I checked in, nor did I have any soap. Good thing I travel with certain things. I’m sure they have housekeeping I just never saw them.

There is no shuttle to the airport. They lied. I can’t stay here because I need the shuttle to the airport. I need a refund.
