The gentleman at the front desk was the best. He showed us where free parking was located a few blocks away. The food at Winstons was the best bar food i have had in a long time. Keep up the great work !!!!

A lot of sketchy people outside. Was asked for money. Wife did not feel comfortable going for a walk in the evening . No complaints on room or staff. Very nice

It was such a cool space! We didn’t even feel like we were in Saskatoon. The hotel is very old but well kept and beautiful inside. Absolutely loved it there! The pub is incredible as well!

An unquestionably beautiful hotel but they haven't kept up with repairs. Shower was overpowered and cold was threaded backwards making it hard for my kids to use. Bed was soft and the floorboards were giving too much give for my comfort. Ended up cutting our stay short because we just didn't feel comfortable. A beautiful property but it has fallen too far behind.

Downtown location. Historical building. Loved this feature. Updates in room and bathroom. We had huge corner room. Loved it. City sounds being downtown with all the roads. But that was expected. Would stay again. Breakfast included in our stay. A pub and a steakhouse attached. Pretty great offerings.

The staff at this hotel make the stay wonderful! The building is unique and the hospitality is off the charts! I brought a pet and he was treated like royalty. I would stay there again!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating upon arrival. Everything you could want was in walking distance. Also had free gated parking!

Room was ok , breakfast very limited . staff was friendly Convenient to have the bar attached to the hotel . Lots of good restaurants within walking distance . Very limited parking in the back of the hotel Street parking up front is paying until 6pm and also very busy . Street on the front and around the hotel a bit sketchy.

Great hotel with old time charm!

Like the historic charm. Steak house prices are ridiculous. Continental Breakfast is kinda a joke, Winstons is showing its age. Staff was less than energetic. I realize they are a beer bar, but could at least try carbonating the pop. Mixed drink selection bad, and pop is always flat!! Hotel itself is great, staff good, always accommodating. Maybe one tea bag per toom for those not into coffee. New TV system super confusing lol.

I have been waiting for over two weeks for the damage deposit charge to be reversed.

The design is beautiful, the staff is professional

Nice and quiet.

A bit dated now but well placed for downtown shopping, bars and restaurants. Winstons is a bonus.

Classic old hotel has had upgrades done and the English pub next door was good
