MO has mastered the fine art of 'the details." All staff were amazing. Location is easily within walking distance to most sites. Rooftop bar has the most spectacular view of Munich. As a traveler that has been blessed to stay at some of the best hotels of the world, MO Munich is without a doubt one of my most favorite. You can't go wrong staying with MO, but MO Munich is a must.

Fantastic hotel with all the amenities! They even provide a hair straightener!! The restaurant was excellent for breakfast. Centrally located…walkabe to many attractions.

Our family had a wonderful stay at MO, we stayed two nights and were sad to leave. Our room was amazing, the staff could not have been more kind, esp Aaron, and we felt well taken care of. The hotel is elegant without being pretentious. We will return. Munich is a lovely city!

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. During our stay, our packages, which contained cherished items such as our favorite pastries, fruit, nuts, chocolates, and a pair of my wife’s glasses, were mistakenly thrown into the garbage. These items were a collection of small treasures we had gathered during our travels across Europe. Initially, the cleaning crew denied any wrongdoing, and the hotel manager treated us poorly, refusing to accept responsibility. After hours of arguing, the hotel finally offered minimal financial compensation, which barely covered our losses. On the final day of our stay, we felt unsafe and experienced the worst hospitality we have ever encountered. This unfortunate incident has drastically changed our perception of the Mandarin Oriental brand, which we once loved.

Always an excellent stay at a Mandarin Oriental! This one in Munich is such an exquisite place, away from the tourist apots yet close to Marienplatz and MaximillianstraBe. Premium Deluxe Room on the 4/F had great space. Bathroom all electronic! Didnt want to get out of the shower! Service superb, from Concierge, Front desk and Restaurant.

Made us all feel like family - the bar staff were so friendly and we enjoyed River’s service.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Nice double windows - very quiet, can’t hear a thing in the suite! Service was average, especially concierge service. Not knowledgeable or particularly helpful.
