Was a nice place to stay before flying out close to airport.

We stayed here before and after a trip. Upon check in we arranged for their shuttle service to/from the airport. When it was time for the shuttle in the morning there wasn't one, and they called an Uber. We were told to call the hotel when we had our luggage after the trip and the shuttle would get us. It took 4 phone calls before anyone would answer. Then the person that did answer was terribly rude and scolding us saying they don't have a shuttle driver, yet we had arranged and paid for this service. They sent us an uber driver again, after multiple unpleasant phone calls. Once at check in we just wanted to leave, but the room had already been paid for and it was late at night so we still kept the room. This will be our last time staying there, and we had been repeat customers for years. It keeps going downhill overall and the lack of friendly customer service is more and more noticeable to the point that it is uncomfortable.

I found the description lacked clear communication. The workers lacked communication skills. The park and fly feature is a joke

I walked into the room and it was great. Perfect size, cool layout. I had a great stay.

Great place

The property had easy access to the freeways and the airport, which made it easy to do all the things we wanted. It felt safer than the other areas of Portland that we traveled to. Breakfast was great and changed every day. The only issue we had was that we asked them to clean our room, and they did not do it.

Location was good. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Restaurants/fast food close and within walking distance. Convience store within walking distance. Gas station close by.

We liked the size of the room and the comfortable bed, also the large bathroom. What we didn't like was the WIFI service. The free option was a measly 15 mbps, and it was very hard to access from my laptop most of the time. Also, even though I signed up for their rewards program, which promised improved WIFI, I still had to watch a commercial every time I logged on. Also, housekeeping is available only every three days, which seems chintzy, given that the room costs approximately $130 per night.

Convenient location with nice breakfast options.

Big room! Everything I needed including laundry. There’s also a fitness center and pool. Great value. Breakfast was heartier than a lot of places. Would stay again!

bathroom shower could’ve been a bit cleaner and touched up but clean everywhere else over all!

There are 2 nearby fast food for a quick grab. Really for quick travellers on the go. SAFE
