Don't clean the room

Nice!

The property was clean. Room service to clean is only offered every 3 days. You can request towels and linens from the front desk daily. Construction in the parking lot was too noisy where my room was located. Extremely nice staff!

Very squeaky beds

Need new beds. And room was small to be a double room. And the bathroom was super small.

Room seems clean but had a funky smell out entire visit. Once we were in the room a while didn't really notice it. Free Breakfast has quite a few choices including waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, breads, packaged pastries, cereals, yogurt, whole fruit

Super friendly staff and pictures dont justify the rooms! Super comfy and very clean!!

The staff was nice. However, our room had a terrible mildew smell, crumbs on the sofa. Had our room changed. Hall smelled bad. Poor breakfast selection. Pool visibly dirty.

The only thing that was worn or dirty was the hallway carpeting probably because they allow pets. Otherwise the facility was fine.

Hotel staff is extremely nice and responsive. Carpets in hallways are dirt and smell. Rooms are clean and nice.

Nice rooms, very modern, comfortable beds, plenty of space, reasonable price, i will stay at this hotel on my next vacation

We loved it was so pet friendly. Good and water for the do when we first walked in and dog treats.

The only downside was the pool was closed, but otherwise it was a great stay. We will definitely book here again if ever in the area.

Very clean property, coffee and water out at all hours. Beautiful room, modern, and Ibloved the handicap shower. One of the better accessible designs.

Our stay at this hotel was decent, but several discomforts kept it from being truly enjoyable. The biggest issue was the complete lack of sound insulation—noise from the hallway was easily heard inside our room, and vice versa. This was particularly frustrating as our room was right next to the elevator, making disturbances even more frequent. Unfortunately, the bed was one of the hardest we’ve ever encountered, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. To add to the odd design choices, the bed was positioned directly next to the AC unit, despite ample space elsewhere. This placement made temperature control less effective and added to the overall discomfort. While the hotel had its merits, these issues significantly impacted our experience. Some thoughtful adjustments could make stays far more comfortable for future guests.

Whirlpool bath was dirty. TV did not work.
