The staff at reception, especially Nadire was very nice and heldpful. we had booked a triple room but it was in the back corner with a back alley view. She graciously upgraded us to a larger suite. They also allowed us a late check out till 2pm and kept our luggage as our flight was delayed. However, they could do with increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet.

best location, close to isiklal and taksim but also 15 min walk to the bougie shopping area on the other side. plenty of food spots nearby, the staff is very kind and the rooms were very clean. 100% recommend.

That was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were amazing and truly worked with heart. I hope I can meet them again and experience the same. The room was comfortable, the food was good — everything helped make the visit enjoyable.

Very run down rooms, partly breaking apart. No place for luggage. Nowhere to hang jackets. Iron is dangerous to use. Heating terrible and not working - you get sick in such condistions. Balcony not cleaned after previous guests.
