The lobby is quite nice and clean. We didn't get a chance to try breakfast because it started later on the weekends and we had to be out, unfortunately. The rooms are pretty standard. Clean and the regular setup. We had an issue that took a little longer than I would have liked for the hotel to resolve, but they were excellent about it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and restaurants. While the amenities were basic, everything worked well and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Great value for the price—I'd definitely consider staying here again

Perfect!

check in was fast and easy. The rooms were comfortable and the free breakfast was very good as well. The location worked perfectly for the event I was attending. Check out was a bit slow and may be the only thing that I could point to that wasn't excellent.

I enjoyed my stay. Clean and comfortable. I was in town for a Spartan race near by. I will definitely stay here again next year when I come back. Good job staff.

Bathroom was clean but toilet seat very loose sink faucet super loose. Hot tub cold and jets broken.

Great location to stay if you are going to a concert at Chateau Ste. Michelle. They had a decent breakfast and coffee was better than most hotel coffee.

I stayed because the rate was right, and really wasn't expecting much. I was staying alone, so room type change from king to queen x2 didn't matter. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Much better than expected, and breakfast bar had it ALL! THANKS for a GREAT NIGHT!

We had room 231 first but due to noise and vibrations from Coke machine and ice maker which was in room adjacent to our headboard we were unable to sleep. Asked for and received different room which was better but still too much noise from mechanical equipment and AC in the building. Very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Doubt if I would stay here again.

Comfortable

Great staff! Very comfortable and clean room. For the area and the great rating of the hotel it was super affordable. I highly recommend.

Property is in a business district. No restaurant in hotel with very limited (2) near it, a Subway and a teriyaki joint. The front desk staff has lots of room for improvement. The rooms were very clean. The pool is excellent, but not heated.
