Everything was great

Nice location close to the river, university and downtown. Recently refurbished.

The staff were very courteous, present, and responsive even we had an issue. BUT the mattresses were horribly uncomfortable

The staff were very friendly, the property is well kept, and the on-site bistro that included a limited Starbucks menu was surprisingly good! It’s close to the walkable and cute city center as well.

Great location!

Convenient to Boise State. Fireplace going all day so comfortable. Granted a late check out since our flight was in the evening. So nice to have pump containers for shampoo, etc. maybe that’s the new norm!

The young lady that checked us in was very nice.

Stayed for 3 nights, and it was clean and simple but nicely appointed. The middle-age guy with glasses at the check-in desk is super nice. Great customer service! Id definitely stay here again.

Great location. Staff is great. Very clean.

Hotel was clean, bed was very comfortable, shower was big and nice. The only downside, no clock. But,everyone has cell phones. I have zero complaints.

Clean quiet walkable

Hotel was comfortable and secure. The staff were especially nice and helpful and the food from the lobby restaurant was surprisingly tasty.

Shower and bathroom areas were not well cleaned. Previous guest hair throughout.

Close to our concert venue

Not very good restaurant and food choices. Breakfast is not continental you just order egg from the bistro kinda disappointing.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms and hotel overall is a modern design & all very clean
