Roaches everywhere in the a/c, couch, bathroom, and even on the tv stand.

Restrooms need attention. Fridge leaked in the floor. A/C was cold

Roaches in room. Walls like paper compared to competing TVs on either side and a very loud and angry man shouting for 3 hours.

There were bugs everywhere and smelled like mold

We asked for ground floor was told they were booked up was there for 4 nights half the ground floor was empty. 2 of the three rooms had dope in them will never stay here again.

Horrible service, non smoking room smelled like someone smoked a cigarette in it right before I went it, got moved to 3 different rooms because of issues. Didn’t even wanna take my shoes off in the room because of the condition of the hotel. Didn’t expect much due to the price but this was way worse than I was anticipating. Definitely don’t recommend staying here unless you have no choice.

Pulled in and noticed a tweeker rocking back n forth in the parking lot. Checked in. Couldn’t get the room key to open the door. They gave us a different room. We didn’t stay. This is basically a trap house for rent. Please do not be lured in by the price. Pay another $100 and move on.

This is the most filthy hotel I’ve ever seen. Dust, hair, spiderwebs and cockroaches everywhere. The walls are full of holes. This hotel should be closed for good. I tried to get my money reimbursed but they wouldn’t. If I was hotel.com I would not advertise this hotel to rent it. How dare they charge you that amount of money for one night when this hotel is in that condition. Hotel.com didn’t do good this time because the minute I told them what was going on they should have reimbursed my money.

There was a bunch of hair on my sheets.

The shower leaked out into room, the bed was worn out, the guy at checkin was not friendly at all. The pet fee really is a bad idea, my dog is small and cant damage anything, charge the guilty, not the inocent.

The lady at the front desk, excellent customer service, very accommodating great personality and she only been here for a couple days ( not of here name), Awesome job!!!

I was very disappointed in this place. I booked for two nights and only stayed one. I had to look for another hotel. The hotel needs to be updated.

I’d rather sleep in a dumpster

They charged me twice and did not want to solve the issue right away. Super lazy and rude personnel

no tissue less than half toilet paper, without another roll, had to call one garbage bin, without extra bag no coffee pot exhaust fan in bathroom extremely loud lamp between beds didn't work bathroom tub fills as you shower toilet clogged first night used, used garbage bin to flush room smells like sewer relocated to dirtier room when asked to be moved threatened to vacate property when voiced concerns about second room third room same as first room, had to ask for toilet paper and toiletries. Room smell like mold. breakfast the same each day: mini chocolate muffins, frosted flakes, cheerios, orange juice, coffee In our thirty years of traveling this is the worst hotel we've stayed at.

There was a roach in my room and the lamps were old & dirty. The desk was sticky and gross
