When we arrived the outside and the lobby looked amazing. but once we got to our room there were stains on the carpet and the refrigerator was warm since the ice box was frozen shut. that indicated to us that it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. we asked to move rooms and were given a room 1 floor up on the complete opposite end of the building,, normally not an issue except we have a 15month old with all the things that came with her. Additionally when we tried to check out and get a caddy/bellhop the front desk woman, Lou, was very rude to my wife and snapped at her that we could not have one until we were ready to leave. when a gentleman finally arrived with it he abruptly asked if we needed help loading our stuff onto it and when we said no he walked away without if even saying a word. NOT WHAT ID EXPECT FROM A HILTON!!!

When I checked in, the receptionist at the front desk firgit to give me food vouchers which I prepaid for prior to coming. However, the was another receptionist who corrected the oversight later that evening. The staff was hospitable and courteous. Rooms were very clean and spacious. An extra blanket for cool nights would be appreciated.

Nice hotel on spacious grounds. Staff was friendly and accommodating toward your needs. Loved the free shuttle service that would take you within a 5 mile distance from the hotel. My weekend stay was short but very enjoyable.

Two nights just a little staycation the room seem old overall the environment felt old. The best part was the bar. It seemed right lively, and it was nice. The food was good. We had a problem with our key card. It never worked so they had to fix it. We sat outside at the outdoor pool was dirty and old and freezing cold. The indoor pool was OK and the Jess in the hot tub did not work. It was an OK stay but we made the best of it.

Overall poor service. Our TV wasn’t working, called down to front desk to have someone come up and fix it. No one answered until my third try. Woman at desk says they’ll send someone right up. 45 minutes later, no one comes. I

They didn't have heat. the A/C was set to 67 in the hallways and main areas, including the breakfast area. Very cold at night and morning in room. The engineering dept came to my room and explained that the building was 40 years old and they either have the A/C on with no heat available or the heat is turned on Nov. 1st and there is no A/C. Crazy. Not going there again. You should post there is no heat.

This property needs major upgrades. Seemed that the floors were not cleaned during our entire stay. Rooms need to be updated, and maintained. When we checked in our original, Room had what seemed to be dried feces smeared on the door. The room they switched us to had broken curtains and was missing a lamp on the desk, vanity area, which made it hard to get ready. The walls have damage and are dingy. The Jacuzzi did not work the entire time we were there pool Area was a mess and outdated . The coffee area/store was only available once during our stay, on the last day. Service and food at the hotel restaurant was bad. Staff seems young and not concerned with customer service. Remind me more of a motel six ambience.

The whole hotel needs a remodel it’s full of black mold everywhere. It does not meet “Hilton” expectations I come here a lot due to traveling and for the convenience of the location however this past time I could not breath in the middle of the night woke up with a cough I just figured I was exhausted until I looked in the bathroom and saw black mold everywhere. My room was changed and it was the same exact thing you can literally smell the mold the carpets will turn your socks black they feel like a daycares carpet that has not been cleaned in years it’s very sad because everyone is so nice but you can stay at a nicer place that’s not a Hilton and get a Hilton experience they need to start to redo that entire hotel from top to bottom there are no excuses the Hilton has way more then enough money to redo this hotel and I’m sure many more

A problem with indoor pool personnel. Yelled at child and nasty looks at parent. No signs to say children could not be in lower depth of pool because swimming instruction is offered. Otherwise staff friendly and room well maintained. Cleaning staff even lined up 10 stuffed animals that travel with us in bed!
