My only complaint with the property was the shuttle service. When I booked on Expedia, airport shuttle was included and free shuttle up to 5 miles of hotel which was the biggest reason for going there. They did comp my ride which was great but the advertising/website should be updated as well. Really good breakfast, very quiet, and a pleasant stay.

Over all everything went well. The rooms could use a little more cleaning.. the bedding and pillows didn’t have that clean fresh smell anymore. The front staff was very friendly. The kitchen staff not so friendly. The manager was great.

What I liked was that the property was near to the venue that my family and I attended. What I did not like was the smell of the lobby area, the hallway and the rooms. The carpet had an odor that indicates that the carpet was dirty and wet. It was especially bad when you leave and return to the room. Also my kid left her switch 2 in the room when we checked out, we called the hotel and they promised that they would check with house keeping but they never even returned the call to say it was found or not.

Always stay here when we come for our ‘Dallas trip’. The downfall this trip, the bar (which we were gonna order food) closed early. Wish they stayed open longer in general… not close at/around 8

Mobile check in was very easy! Adding an early check in and late check out was also easy on the app! The main floor had a very weird smell and the floors seemed to not be cleaned very often. Our bed wasn’t the most comfortable but we enjoyed not being bothered every day by housekeeping and they would only come to our room at request. The location was great though!

It was a great property. great hotel to stay and have a good time. how were my main concern was the controllers of the TV it was very unresponsive at times and I had to move the controller around to get a good reception perhaps it's simply an old battery that needs to be replaced but other than that everything went well and I had a great experience😁

The only negative I have is that while showering, the water in the tube backed up and didn't drain right away. Thus I was standing in dirty water. Draino should fix the problem.

Great place to stay

The lobby stinks. There is no excuse for the stink to be there for days if they had a plumber working on it as they claimed. The internet was terrible. It has high latency and disconnects every few minutes. There was a loud party that we heard all the way on the top floor. The room itself was really clean. It was quiet until the party on the bottom floor. My biggest complaint with the room is the internet.
