This hotel was downright scary. There was a man in torn jeans walking around with a firearm on clear display. People were in the hallways at all hours. The hotel reeked of marijuana and there was a clear presence of criminal activity to include drugs and potentially prostitution as well. The elevator was a rough ride when it worked properly. The sink counter had cigarette burns everywhere. The beds were clean but the floors were dirty. The breakfast area cabinets were damaged and in generally poor condition. The hotel also demanded a $50 deposit in addition to the fee for the room.

There is a door that is tetanus waiting to happen its rusy and my friend cut her hand trying to get to the second floor. But the staff is amazing . The man who checked us in was great. The room was clean however they should get new beds in 242 they are loud and a little uncomfy but for a night or 2 its not bad at all. Id stay again.

Rooms, hallways, beds,Dirty! Whole hotel smells like smoke/weed. Lots of hookers and degenerates. And I’m not making assumptions, we were offered drugs and sex from several other “patrons”. Cars not safe in the lot

Before I booked my room I called to be sure the pool was open. When I go to check in. The pool is broken and the manager said it just broke but it was guest that apparently live there who stated the pool has been down for weeks. Had I known this I would have booked elsewhere because we wanted to swim and it was too late to cancel. I think that was wrong of the owner to lie to get bookings. The room was very clean but the TV did not work at first. They had to come fix it. Other than that. It was a good stay.

The free waffles and toast and cereal in the morning was nice, staff was helpful and friendly and it was conveniently located. Easy drive to Philly, Jersey beaches, etc. However that's about where the positives end. The rooms were dirty. Visible grime and dirt on the sinks and the floors don't appear to have been mopped in ages. The bathroom floor grout is disgusting, our shower drain was clogged and drained slowly, and our rooms smoke detector was completely missing from the wall! The parking lot is full of trash, and the pool was closed for the duration of our stay because it was neon green, which is frustrating with kids when you chose to pay extra for a hotel that has a pool! Would not recommend and likely will avoid quality inn for future stays.

Our room was dirty and stunk, the toilet backed up and their only other option was a room that stunk of wet dog and pot or a smoke free room that stunk of smoke The bathroom door also stuck and would lock or even latch. Had to find a new hotwl at 9pm

There were roaches on the second floor, tried to get a refund and hot denied because we booked through a 3rd party app. Instead gave us a new room and INSURED there were “no bugs on the ground floor”….

Room was decent and so was pool. It says no smoking ciggs or pot. But everyone still smokes every where. The breakfast on weekends isn’t anything. And the bathrooms and furniture need a lot of work.

The property was very dirty with a lot of trash outside. The room was dirty. Poop on the bathroom wall. The bed was super stained & one side caved in so bad. Looked like the beds have never been switched out ever.

On 7/18/2025 I was driving from GA to PA. I booked a room on Hotels.com. Check-in started at 3pm. I called the hotel to let them I was still coming after 5pm. They first tell me they didn’t have a reservation for me. I call Hotel.com to see what’s going on and they said the hotel had some sort of electrical issue. My wife calls and they said, they had canceled all reservations because of the electricity issue. Then he says he tried to call me (No one from that hotel all day) so he lied again. Then he said, some rooms had electric and others didn’t. Then the more she questioned the more is story changed. Then after he couldn’t answer the questions he said, they canceled my reservation because my card was declined.
