Every time I have stayed here, the staff has been very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and airy.

The room set up was great! But I’m not sure why all hotels think a sheet as a comforter is enough. The pull out had the world’s thinnest blanket so it was a sheet and that and just not enough. Also the toilet stopped working at 2am and so we called the desk and the guy was rude and sent security and it took over a half hour to come check it out. By then we were able to fix it but then called the front desk multiple times to tell them we didn’t need help anymore and no one answered. The security that came was nice and said the guy went to the “restaurant” whatever that means instead of being at the desk. The beds weren’t the softest either but a bed is a bed when you’re tired.

The place was great! Only thing I could nitpick was that there were no usb ports, but not a huge deal.

It’s in Minneapolis. We had a concert and felt unsafe throughout the entire experience.

I was disappointed that I wasn’t told of parking fees. The fire alarms went off twice within 7 hours. The elevator situation to hotel, versus outside versus parking garage is really slow and confusing. It is a convenience to be downtown and room was comfortable but the carpets need cleaning.

One suggestion it would be nice to have a clock in the room.

The fire alarm at 6:30am going off and having to go down 13 flights of stairs to the street was unique

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and a great walkable location. Parking was $30/night which seems overpriced as many spaces were blocked off, beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and rooms don’t have a microwave.

Was a short walk and ride to the train to run us up to the Twins game at Target field and back. Loved in and out parking privileges right on sight. Felt safe. Great service.

breakfast costs extra and parking is pretty expensive. There is a cheaper street lot available directly next door

The hotel itself was great. The queen suite was clean and spacious. Where we had an issue was with the bar/restaurant. It took an hour and a half for a caesar salad, chicken strips, mac n cheese bites, and chicken wings without a heads up that the kitchen was running way behind. Had we known that we would have walked 15 minutes to Chipotle. The food was really good, but it wasn't worth the wait. Staff needs to alert customers that the kitchen is behind so they can plan accordingly.

We thought breakfast was included with room, but it’s “available for a fee.”. Buffet had a nice selection of good food.

we were recent guests of the Hyatt Hotel, We booked our stay for 4 days. Right away we noticed the temperature in our room would not get cooler no matter what we lowered it to. Lowered to 65 and gave it a couple hours but would not budge from 72. Called front desk multiple times with no answer, went to front desk to figure it out but didn’t get any answers and had no available rooms to switch. Saturday evening after my husband, myself, and two kids returned from Valleyfair my 5 year old came up to us in and handed my husband something and asked what it was. He told him to drop it and immediately washed his hands but it looked like some kind of drug smoking device or drug paraphernalia. We picked it up using a washcloth and went directly to the front desk. The staff was shocked but really couldn't do anything to help me. I insisted on at least switching rooms or being transferred to another hotel but unfortunately they said it wasn't possible due to room availability. They said that a manager would be in Sunday and he would be able to issue the refund. After speaking with that manager he said he had to go through his manager to give refund because we booked through hotel.com and he would call me Monday. No call. I called/emailed and still nothing. We have been more than patient and pleasant through the entire thing but this is ridiculous. If I don’t hear something by tomorrow I will be going further with my complaints. How is this not priority for this company?

On arrival staff was rude, sheets/blankets had stains and were dirty , when I went to the front desk he stated I there would be something taken into consideration on my account, which there never was. Pool was incredibly overly packed with kids jumping in on top of one another. Walls had water damage with black spots on them in our room and humid with a/c set down to 55 room stayed at 73. For the price you pay for the room, breakfast and parking should be included or at least have rooms in better conditions. Parking was marked off with yellow tape in over half of the lots and very congested, where we did park was very tight. Advised me at check in there was an additional $250 due for “incidental” holds and the $300 was just to hold the room? The view was great, but alot of changes need to be made.
