pretty good breakfast wanted to spend more time relaxing by the pool but was short on time. Bed was very comfortable. I got one of the best nights sleep I've had in a while .

All the staff I saw had positive attitudes. Aaliyah checked us in great personality made me feel welcomed. Last minute accommodation to put my group in rooms near one another met even though hotel was full. Thank u for saving me the 🍪 girl. kitchen staff - breakfast delicious, cleaniless of staff and food area excellent. Loved Theo's personality. Raquel in housekeeping great. Treasure at front desk positive demeanor pool area needed towels they came right away, and check out was a breeze. Rooms were clean beds comfortable. Cons- pool water was cold/no smoking on patio everything else about Clocktower was excellent and I rate them a 9 mainly because of the pool water😁. Our stay was 9/5 - 9/7/25

It is hands down one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff is top-notch, attentive, and respectful. Everything was immaculate. I have stayed in 5-star hotels that don't beat the cleanliness and courtesy of the staff here, they all deserve a raise! I was quite impressed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. My family and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations in the Albany area.

property was very accommodating,clean and convenient. Staff was very friendly and obliging. We have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised. Rooms seemed recent renovated. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

The bathroom renovation was nice, but hair, a purple spot in the tub, toothpaste in the sink an old washcloth and an empty Kleenex box

I received a test message in the morning to confirm our reservation. I then let them know that we would not be checking in until 1 AM. Upon our arrival I had my youngest daughter sleeping and carried her upstairs to a dirty room. It wasnt only dirty but i beleive someone elses room. There was an unmade bed and towels and clothes in the room. I tried to message them back on the app that they were using and call the front desk but there was no answer. I then had to go back down and find someone to see if we could get a different room. Little to say it was very upsetting.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, beds were comfortable. I chose this hotel based on reviews online, and it was consistent with most reviews. Would recommend.

This is a well maintained property, quiet location but has amenities typical of a property its size. Huge indoor pool and nice outdoor patio area (covered) to sit outside during the spring, summer and early fall seasons. Staff was top-notch.
