The hotel is ideally placed for a relaxing stay prior to a flight. The staff and hotel itself are amazing! Great menu for both breakfastand evening meal. Highly recommended.

Great location but average food which was expensive. Comfortable room and bed

Our visit was a short one, before flying back to USA.

The hotel was very nice and the location is good since you have access to a lot of things but if you're not a fan of how busy the airport area can be it wont be for you. Besides that everything about this location is wonderful.

Stayed many times before. Will Stay again in the near future - Thank You to all Members of Staff.

All was clean and nicely decorated. Food in the restaurant was very good. My only issue was the mattress on the bed was hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable.

The hotel was lovely, but the sofa bed for my 17 year old daughter was very uncomfortable. The middle kept parting when she moved. She ended up having to share my double bed.

Staff are lovely. Hotel is good.

Gourmet Dining is a joke

Great location for the airport. Literally the other side of the road from check-in. Clean , modern spacious room. No issues

Lovely hotel literally a few minutes away from the airport. We are in the restaurant. Guarav was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and we had a good laugh with him. The food was lovely.

Unfortunately the bar menu hasn’t changed in a number of years. The menu is bland and needs updating.

I like the Novotel for its proximity to the airport and you can walk into the terminal easily from there. The staff are all very helpful and the food is good. Great service.

Run of the mill airport hotel with staff just friendlier than average

Hotel was ok but shabby in places - ok for one night

Everything was lovely. The only suggestion would be to have a hand rail or mat in tub/ shower. Very slick and somewhat difficult to get in and out of.
