Air in room was stale. Room temp hard to monitor

Pool VERY COLD Jacuzzi BROKEN

Very outdated hotel, stains on the couch, the floors and the bed. Hallways smelt terribly of smoke, breakfest was mediocre at best

Pool was a great

We have stayed in a number of hotels in north bay for work. For the price this one has the most comfortable beds and pillows. Smells clean, sheets are clean. Lots of sun light. Older and outdated. Breakfast was alright, waffles were sour.

The bathroom had mold and pink Mildew. Staff did try to help and showed they could wipe off a section of mildew with cleaner they gave me. I ended up buying bleach to clean. Tub was full of scum. Fridge had pop in it. Stairs were worn and dirty. Floor was dirty in room. Staff were pleasant but busy so limited help.

Hot tub was not avaliable the pool was dirty the pool door was hard to get open using the room card didn't work easily. The shower walls where dirty the rooms could do with an up date. The windows in the pool area are cracked and the pool ladder isn't very safe.

What saved this trip was the staff. Amazing knowing the place is a hole. The hallways smelled like cigs and weed, the room was so damp that our sheets and clothing were wet and thus smelling very meldewy. There was not enough space in the dining room but breakfast staff was very pleasant. I will not be returning

Friendly staff have no complaints about the staff they were absolutely amazing. Rooms were a bit dated and our a/c didnt work but all and all not bad

The hotel was quite dated and the key cards didn’t work half the time . We had to keep asking for new ones . The pool was not clean and the buffet breakfast was unremarkable . Our toilet broke as the chain broke and they didn’t have anyone to fix it so we had to get tools from them to fix it ourselves .

We booked 2 nights here. We survived one night. The place is not taken care of. Windows are broken, filthy and curtains have holes in them. Lobby area has no AC. No elevator. Stairs are worn out and are way higher step then 9". Our room was so stinky. Moldy and peeling wallpaper. Lampshades full of mold, boxsprings covered too. The bathroom tiles are moldy, behind the newer vanilty was mold. Base of toilet was covered in urine. Bed sheets ate full of old stains. The place looks like it was closed for years and reopened but no cosmetic work done to it.

There was no parking available so we had to drive all over the hotel. People were drinking outside the hotel and it was very loud. The walls were paper thin so we could hear everything. People were loud and drunk in the next rooms and down the hall. Also, kids were loud and screaming early in the morning.

Nothing about this place is appealing. Our family trip was affected by ver smelly rooms( pet odours$ lack of cleanliness and anything but good service

This property is rundown and no effort made to keep it clean. It is pet friendly which is acceptable but what is not is fact our room smelled so badly if dog we could not sleep thus hygiene is a concern . When identified nothing was done nor anything offered except fact they knew it smelled bad

Food wasn't best...

A high price for a mediocre room.

Check-in was quick and the front counter people were excellent. However, TV channels were very snowy like a poor cable connection, and very few channels to choose from. There was no bedside clock and no USB charging ports anywhere. Only had a couple of well worn A/C outlets that my charging block wanted to keep falling out of. Shower looked like it had not been properly scrubbed in a quite while with pink residue between the tiles and corners. This place is showing it's age and overdue for renovations

Its the worst hotel i have been in a while. The hallways are discusting, it smells the cigarettes. The first room we got smelled like cat piss. The bed had a big wave in the middle. We were changed of Room because of the smell. The other room was better but Still IT was the worst stay for us. The pictures on the website does not represent the real state of the hotel. The pillows were a real joke. And what about the quality of the tv, i felt in the 70's. It would fit the carpet and the decor, that really needs a change.
