We enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again when we return

I had roof top damage of my SUV while I am parking at the hotel underground parking, I was told by the bellman this type of incidents happen a couple of times every week, he even has a hight measuring stick with him all the time at valet park entrance! He was very helpful and guided me out from a different entry not exit to save my car from more damage! My SUV is just a normal one.i believe they have a fine print somewhere on the website but for the price i paid for the room, i wished they give a notice in advance to the customer about low hight parking garage, not drive SUV or bigger van to the parking!

Very comfortable upscale hotel. The beds were very comfortable, although the pillows could have been better. The shower was excellent, the room very clean, the lobby clean and orderly, and the hotel by and large was very quiet and comfortable. The concierge was very helpful in finding nearby restaurants. Really would have liked to have had the 10th floor deck available and working. We were disappointed that there was no lounge or restaurant that overlooked the beautiful city. Even a deck that allowed us to sit and enjoy our own bottle of wine or refreshments would have been great. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back on our next visit.

I spent a week in a corner suite and Micha was nothing short of amazing. Even brought me a small teddy bear and kind note on my bday.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room service was excellent. Rooms were super quiet and clean. Artwork in the room was pretty outdated but otherwise great hotel. I loved how the scent in the lobby welcomes you and it matches the shampoo, very pleasant touch.

Love our stay overall, but there were some minor issues with our room (bathroom door was hard to close, toilet had a hard time flushing and the reading light on one of the beds did not work unless (as we discovered by accident) you sit on a specific spot on the end of the bed) that were mildly annoying but not affect our overall satisfaction during our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the beds were cozy and it was a perfect location for our activities. I do wish that the pool hours were better (longer) but the pool was fantastic when we did get to use it. All in all, a fantastic stay.

Property was conveniently located to walkable attractions. You can access the Metro from inside and not have to go out on to the streets.

A bit difficult to navigate the parking and then find the check-in to the hotel but staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms are gorgeous. Great area for exploring.
