Staff was very friendly, anything I needed for the room was taken care of. Had no issues with anyone room is very comfortable, shower pressure was good and good hot water.

Terrible experience. The room smelled horrible, the door lock was broken, and I felt unsafe I even had to use chairs to secure the door. The door was hard to open, and to make things worse, there were dirty underwear and socks left behind. I only stayed two hours before leaving. Completely unacceptable

I arrived after a long drive just to sleep and continue on the next day. If I wasn't exhausted I would have left. The door lock was broken, there was NO soap, it smelled, and the air conditioner was extremely noisy. I have pictures of the soap dispenser and the door lock if. you would like to see that. Not a lot bothers me, but this was just horrible.

The heat started to smell like it was burning it had a bug infestation

Your hotel is the absolute worst hotel/motel in the entire world. I have never felt more unsafe! It’s so bad there. Wow

I got kicked because my son received a visit , and the maintenance guy was been noisy and make a lie . It's not a good place

Found a bed bug on the bed the floor was dirty everything was dirty

Very old and worn out property. Dirty facilities and reeked of stale cigarettes.

Didn't like that i had other people there knocking on my windows at 1:45 in the morning

Door hard to shut in bathroom, bathroom small as a coffin. Shower okay. Not ver clean, no complementary breakfast.

Door frame looked like it was busted. People hanging outside my window till 3 am. Filthy room.

Room is ruff at best. Walls are torn up. Nasty chemical smell. Bath tub/ shower is nasty. Sheets were clean, and mattress comfortable. No coffee in room. Outside is dumpy. But it was avaliable and price was good

THE AIR IS FRESH

No reflection on RRI or staff…I checked in at 3am due to late flight. I had been in bed 10 minutes when there was a knock at the door. There was a 40ish woman with pink hair, she opened her mouth and complete jibberish came out for about 5 seconds, then she walked away. I stood there bewildered then double locked the door. Found out from Uber driver next morning back to airport that this hotel is used for extended stays. Bless’em!

No rooms available except third floor and no working elevator. TRASH under the bed! Seriously.😒
