Clean, quiet , nice stay

Room was clean and comfortable. Outlets available only on one side of the bed. But the room was fine as a roadside stopover for a quick night’s sleep. The door lock broke in the morning as we were leaving - but front desk said they would get that fixed. The property seems to have someone who cares about things in general.

The person checking us in was so nice so this is not a reflection of them. But the place is AWFUL. We had to switch rooms three time (marijuana smell, broken air conditioners) and still ended up in one that had no AC. It was late, my kids were tired, so we dealt with it but I would have normally left. Room smelt and very dirty exterior.

Easy access off of I90 and affordable

The condition of everything was excellent. The man who checked us in was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the housekeeper did a very poor job on our room. Used soap was left in the bathtub, trash by sink, and the sheets were questionable. I’m in pest control and my wife was a hotel manager previously. She wasn’t happy, but it was late and we already had our 3 small children and dog settled, and it was the last night of a roadtrip, so we opted to not say anything.

Stayed 2 times in August. First trip was cheeper and had a microwave and a refrigerator. $187.76 I booked both trips the same evening and at the check in this past trip the front desk said my room for 2 nights was 223.00. Came home to find my card was charged $273.14 No refrigerator no microwave. No soap in shower dispenser which I asked for a refill the first morning

I shared that the property was very dirty to Red Roof Inn and they just emailed back with an apology and no further actions were taken. The bathroom had a hole in the wall, shampoo/body wash was empty, dirty ground in general, and stained bed sheets.

Reasonable hotel for under one hundred dollars a night.

I stayed here as a solo traveler for 4 nights. Overall, it was a good experience. The check in/out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a safe/quiet area of town, just off a major road. Plenty of options for food/gas. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured. It was clean, neat and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I would definitely stay here again.

Great price and clean stay

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The building had a strong odor, the sheets were not clean, and the area did not feel safe. We don’t expect luxury at a budget hotel, but this fell well below even basic standards. Would not recommend. If you do end up staying here or nearby, I do recommend the bagel shop in the parking lot on the way out in the morning.

I realize this is not the most superior place, but it seems like they really take pride. Very clean, well maintained and the staff is top notch
