Loved this hotel - I’m on a Spanish road trip and this was the best. Great location for exploring the city. Lovely building. The staff were fantastic - I arrived early and they had my room ready, talked me through the map and answered questions. Spoke perfect English but were also patient with my Spanish. Room as advertised: I paid for the basic and it was well equipped, clean, safe, good bathroom. 10-15 minutes easy walk from the bus station. The bar was super for late evening drinks.

This property, although quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle of Salamanca, was perfectly located with quick easy access to shopping , restaurants and the beautiful sights of old town !

Hotel was nice with a great location but they hit my nerve with a HUGE pet peeve of mine. When we showered the first day there the tub filled with water and would not drain to keep up with the shower water. This is disgusting but furthermore made the shower into and ice skating rink, we were sliding all over the shower and were lucky not to fall. I would let this pass if they fixed after being told of the problem after night one, but they did nothing and we had the same problem for the rest of our stay.

Excellent hotel on all fronts. Location is amazing, right smack bang in the middle of the old town. Staff were super helpful and very proactive in helping us with luggage, onward travel arrangements and amenities. Breakfast buffet is good, with lots of Spanish options fresh seasonal fruit and also more traditional breakfast fare. I do note that there was a small issue in our room that caused some inconvenience, but it was rectified quickly and professionally.

From the moment the doorman took our luggage and parked our car, we knew we were in for a treat. The front desk could not have been more helpful.

Fabulous hotel in a beautiful area! The bed was so comfortable and it was very quiet, even on a Saturday night. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again.

I specifically asked for a room with lots of light, and a big window, and that was the que room I booked. Initially i received a room without a window, only with a ceiling window.... very bad.... Than i went back to the atendant in the reception and asked for a better room. She gave me a room with a window of 1 feet x 3 feet! Than i gave up... If you need something from these hotel/ staff, probably youre not going to get!

The hotel was located inside a castle, generally clean and tidy. The room was good enough for two people, though not very spacious. One thing which sounded odd to me was that there was no air conditioning in the room. The staff said the weather was not too hot, so the air conditioning system was shut down. We had to open the window for ventilation and occasionally it was a bit noisy. Overall, an above average hotel with good service.

The property is nice. Roma are confortable with good amenities. The reception staff was nice during our registration/check in. The first night there were having lots of noices after 10:00 PM

I must disregard the complications caused by the national power failure at 1230 in the middle of my stay. Separately however the Hotel Wifi was down for the entire period of my stay for quite separate reasons which were not resolved. On the middle day of my stay some annual desalination of the hotel water system meant no washing, showering, bathing or drinking tap water for seven hours. Only one bottle of tap water provided for entire stay. Breakfast was a rather meagre buffet Valet parking excellent both on delivery and collection Really nice room and bathroom Very attentive and kind staff
