I was honestly a bit nervous because i had seen reviews about how they're was roaches after i had bought the room for 2 nights but i didnt see any thr whole time i was there thankfully, overall room was clean staff and service was nice and kind yeah you have to pay $20 a night for parking but its free right across street from the hotel i guess the only problem was that our sink was leaking when it was turned on wasnt too crazy just put a hand towel to cover it

The staff was very nice and the room was clean. But the hotel needs an upgrade. I also liked the hotels location because it was minutes from everywhere I needed to go (i.e. the airport, restaurants, base, etc.).

Will come again!

Are stay was great

We discovered a bed bug infestation during our stay. While the staff promptly moved us to another room, the situation was very concerning, as we could have unknowingly slept in the infested bed. I also reached out to management by email but have not received any response. I hope this issue is addressed seriously to ensure future guests do not encounter the same problem.

I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip out here! Thank you!!

easy parking, restaurant next door...walking distance.

We appreciated the breakfast and Celiacs actually have a muffin! It is close to the zoo and Old Towne. Charging for parking was the pits especially with a "technology fee"! The signs informing guests where the gym, breakfast and pool were helpful.

The staff was rude. Threatening to kick us out over a parking question. Breakfast was supposed be includes but it was missed a few days and same food the whole time. Couldn’t eat most of it. Poor food quality. The place smelled like smoke. The gym was only a bike. Parking was extra $20 a day. Weed smoke everywhere. Not a place for kids.

Check-in process was easy. Staff was friendly. Clean facilities. Quiet. Clean rooms.

Safe , clean everything was good in the hotel

Our room was next to the highway, be sure and ask before you book!! The only solution they offered was ear plugs to help with the noise… the ac in our room didn’t work properly, the cable and internet were also not working. Because the hotel was at max capacity for MCSD Graduation (also the reason for our stay) the hotel offered nothing to offset the discomforts experienced. Definitely will not be returning!!

The hotel was just ok. The tv and WiFi didn’t work but they did replace the tv. Our sink overflowed and it flooded our room but they did give us a new room.

Additional Parking cost of $24/day

The room didn´t smell even ok. The sofa bed was in terrible condition. I do not recommend the couch mattress, I would rather sleep on the couch without taking out the spare mattress.

Property was great. Our mini fridge didn’t work but they quickly fixed it. Our only complaint was they don’t own their parking lot so you had to pay 20 a night or park on the street if you could find parking but with an infant that wasn’t an option for us.
