Great place

Great hotel, pool facilities were excellent.

Overall our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff went above and beyond every time. We had breakfast included and we couldn’t have been happier. The only thing we were unhappy about was the balcony. We paid for a balcony view, however we only had a brick wall as opposed to a glass pane.

Good hotel with good amenities

This property is nicely located in Palma and close to shops. The breakfast was convenient and good. I like that they had parking (cause the other hotel we stayed at in Mallorca did not) but it is off site at their other property.

Hotel is currently undergoing some maintenance work. But apart from that, it’s fantastic. The rooms are perfect and comfortable.

Fab hotel. Only complaint was no air con and it was really hot at night and noisy with the window open.

Wonderful stay clean friendly

Amazing hotel, facilities were great. Breakfast was also very good with lots of selection. The indoor pool was a favourite when it was colder in February. Highly recommend.

The hotel was a little further from the marina than we’d hoped but the staff were very nice. Would have been nice to know the work ongoing on the front which put a dampener on it a little as could no longer walk along promenade. That is no reflection on hotel though merely info up front would have been nice to know

We were really shocked that they charged us €50 for having a pet one night. The cost of the room was only €60 so it was almost as if we had to pay double! It’s a shame as we go to Palma a lot and won’t be staying here again

Hidden charges. Rude staff.

Clean property, very good breakfast, attentive staff. The dog fee is pretty steep for Europe but it comes with a dog bed and a doggie care package. Gloria at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Good walkable location with lots of restaurants around it. Try La Pergola which is only a 1 minute walk from the hotel and Humo Cocina de Brasa which is probably only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Clean modern hotel. Location convenient for walking 25’min walk to the city centre Cathedral and harbour/ marina. The restaurant was excellent. Wonderful menu choice. The staff were excellent. Above and beyond accommodating and helpful.

Restaurant was mediocre, cleaning service tho was amazing, great location. Aesthetic for cost.

Love our stay there! It was close to a lot of things and great location. The hotel was super clean, had a great vibe and good food. It was a bit hard to find parking around the area but we managed. Highly recommended!!

Good 4 star hotel. Pleasant staff. Only issue is getting to the sea front is a bit awkward and it’s a 30 minute walk to the city.
