Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffett but Mgmt watching volume of food we consumed and even called our attention loud publicly. This is unacceptable. Will not return.

Room was clean but no body wash or shamppo available in the room, even when we reported it, the service was not provided. No air conditioner in the room due to the season

Hector at the front desk always went out of his way to be helpful eg. calling a cab, helping us book train tickets etc. He greeted all clients with a warm smile and his English was excellent. His restaurant suggestions also were much appreciated.

Stayed there 3 nights and it was ok. The only issues I had was the hotels parking. You have to take an elevator up and down and the elevator and the parking area was very tight with little room to maneuver

conveniently located. liked that it had a fridge. friendly staff

The restaurant was not open but the hotel was lively, the receptionist upgraded us as wed had an awful journey, he was so friendly. Breakfast was great.

At the art of Zaragoza this hotel reside a very noisy neiguberhood, my room window was fasing another building windows in a way that I couldn't open the curtun to let some light in. The wall are paper thin and you can hear every movement in the neerby room. One elevator didn't work and there is no parking if your car weighs more than 2000 kilos. the street was full of drunk people and the police are frequently visiting the area. the hotel staff was very good and kind, with good english and ready to assist with any problem.

I booked a room for Tuesday night to break up a 1700km drive. My car broke down and I tried contacting the hotel to ask if they could change my booking to the following night as my car was being repaired. The phones did not work/no one answered me or Hotels.com when they tried on my behalf. Hotels.com sent them an urgent request which was ignored. I ended up having to sleep in the boot of my car. The courtesy of a reply I would have thought the minimum. I will never use this hotel group again

Property is alright, area is a bad neighborhood. Parking is very expensive we got charged almost half a night's stay just to park our car.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location, and an easy elevator-parking. We felt extremely comfortable.

Location was excellent, ideal for all the sights and restaurants in the old city. The parking was tricky - our car just fitted into their lift. Would not accommodate a large 4×4.

Good location and very near the bus stop which direct to Central Train and Bus. There were a couple of bottle water in the room which is nice. Breakfast was ok. It could be better. I recomend to add babanas. Room was big and quiet.

Very clean, well priced and functional hotel for exploring the city. Comfy beds and friendly service at the desk. A good option for this price bracket. Only drawback was the room was baking hot and the heating/control panel didn't seem to work. Luckily we could open the windows to let some fresh air in :-) Would happily use again if in the city.
