Lovely rooms, great location, friendly staff. Highly reccommend

This is a gorgeous hotel with a wonderfully friendly staff. We were sad we only had one night there. The central location is also a plus.

Elegant but very dim lighting, difficult to shave, apply makeup, maneuver in room. Light fixtures are inadequate, bulbs dim We requested additional lamp which was provided This issue could be resolved by lighting expert

i can't say enough about this hotel. It was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean, and in the center of everything. Staff was great! I looked and didn't find a nicer hotel in Porto. Even the elevator was unique! It was much more than i expected. 5 stars

Welcoming environment with attentive staff. Drinks voucher and wine in room we're great touches. Would recommend making it easier to get water, i.e. not having to request but having dispensers in the hallways by rooms at night (I know it was available in the day, but it matters more at night). No complaints at all though as really enjoyed our stay (:

Lovely hotel in convenient position for train/metro/bus connections. Staff were very nice, friendly and welcoming. We had a double deluxe room which overlooked the pool/courtyard area and was very quiet. Room amenities were excellent, lovely big bathroom with walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable and bed linen was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Hotel decor was beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again if in Porto Thank you for a very pleasant stay

Elegant hotel with charm, but a few letdowns I stayed at Hospes Infante Sagres Porto for two nights and was captivated by its timeless elegance. It’s clear that a lot of care went into the design, and it really elevates the experience. At check-in, we received a voucher for a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. However, it was limited to rosé only. I would’ve appreciated having a choice—especially at a luxury property where personalization is expected. The room was comfortable and beautifully styled, but the bathroom shower was unfortunately clogged, causing water to pool during use. It was a noticeable inconvenience and not what I’d expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, the ambiance and location are fantastic, and the staff were courteous. With a few improvements in amenities and maintenance, this hotel could truly live up to its luxurious reputation.
