it wasn't there no real breakfast for middle and old ages at all and therefore it is not supposed to claim that there is breakfast with the reservation. the TV didnt work due to the internet during our stay. The dining room supervisor was very uncooperative

Feel unsafe in the place . So dirty . And weird person around . Parking lot always have car beeping over night . Not recommended!!!

Mi pareja y yo agarramos este hotel y la verdad no nos gustó para nada. El primer cuarto que nos dieron olía feo, en el baño había popo salpicada en el escusado y nos salieron como dos insectos muertos en el baño, así que ese mismo día nos fuimos a quejar y nos dieron otro cuarto, ese estaba un poco más “decente” pero en la noche que regresamos no nos habían ni limpiado el cuarto ni nada y eso que habíamos dejado que si entraran a limpiarlo así que otra vez fuimos a recepción y nos dieron otro cuarto, en fin, fue muy incómodo, nos quedamos ahí por qué no tuvimos otra opción ya habíamos pagado pero jamás nos volveríamos quedar, la locación muy fea, hasta hay un homeless viviendo cerca de ahí. Si quieren limpieza este no es el lugar

The rooms very clean.

It was great accommodations i was not fun of the location but it was very near the naval base

Unfortunately, I was there during Comicon, so it was way overpriced. Good enough for a work trip, but the staff was extremely helpful with taking care of issues, (tv remote), and restaurant recommendations.

For a low budget hotel, the property is well-maintained, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is old and could use upgrades and renovations, things unlikely to happen due to it's commuter clientele. The surrounding neighborhood has some sketchy characters but overall I felt safe.

Easy check in, staff was pleasant and accommodated when I called about doing a late check in. Breakfast was available as well with make your own waffle station.

Everything is good except the breakfast. It’s a joke . Not even bagels or cream cheese. Just waffles . Coffee is awful . The hotel is very good other than the breakfast

Property needs update. Near busy highways, in a dead end city street. Not in the best neighborhood in terms of safety and convenience.

The property itself was decent, but our stay was affected by a couple of things. It was quite noisy, especially since our unit was located close to the stairs — we could constantly hear people going up and down at all hours. Also, parking is very limited, which made it inconvenient when coming back late.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was organized, but the receptionist was extremely serious — it felt more like a job interview than a welcoming experience. She didn’t smile or show any warmth, which made us feel uncomfortable. A more friendly and cheerful attitude would make a big difference in first impressions. The room itself was very clean and beautifully prepared when we first entered, with a pleasant scent and a comfortable atmosphere. Parking was also convenient and easily available. However, the housekeeping service during our 3-night stay was below expectations. The room was not cleaned properly each day, and there was a clear lack of attention to detail. This is something the management really needs to address. Overall, the room was lovely, but the experience would be much better with more welcoming staff and improved cleaning service.

The room is alright. There was a cockroach that got into our plate of food which we left on the table for a few minutes.
