Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast included. I dropped off my rental car (and grandson) at Airport (FCA) after checking in to Red Lion Hotel. I used Hotel shuttle back to Red Lion, stayed one night and used shuttle again to Airport for my morning flight. Hotel's preference is to book AP shuttle 24 hours ahead. I didn't know that but Hotel (Ali and driver) kindly accommodated me.

Poor housekeeping service and the room smelled so bad we were moved to another room (also TV did not work in first room). Second room stunk too so went and bought room freshener, as had already paid for four days. Due to poor housekeeping, the guests just put their garbage by the elevator. It sat there for days.

This property was clean but in dis repair, also there was a foul order in the hallways and we waited awhile to check in despite being only one other person checking in. I would not stay here again

The staff was great we were picked up at the airport on the shuttle to motel Lefty gave us good travel ideas in the park. Breakfast was great start each day. The pool and hot tub was well maintained our room was clean and spacious. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to others

The rooms were great. The bed was great. The breakfast was amazing and really enjoyed our stay at the property.

This pace is RUN down and needs a full makeover. The carpets are dirty the curtains are torn… it’s just not at all what the pictures present. They couldn’t find our reservation and were totally unapologetic about it (they had it… just couldn’t be bothered. Given this was the most expensive hotel we stayed at over two weeks in a region spanning from Utah to Colorado to South Dakota to Montana, and all were at a similar level of expected quality… it really stood out in a bad way. Also the bedsheets were kind of damp when we got there.

The staff was lovely, I am happy with everything they did. The hotel was clean but run down, and I didnt trust how old and clean the carpet in the hallway and in the room was. We were given a threadbare towel the first night, but I brought it to the attention of the front desk the next day and she nicely said they would take it out of rotation. I dont know how someone didnt notice it in the first place. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel.

Do not book through Expedia. The front desk refused to provide a roll away bed although it specifically said we had it included in our room and I had put a note that we needed it. They said the room they gave us was only for one person less than we had after 8 hours of driving. The pool was excellent and the hot tub was small but clean. There was even a sauna we did not use. The breakfast was amazing although only open from 6-9. A short 48 minutes away from Glacier National Park West entrance made this a good hotel for that purpose. Be careful with Red Lion if you have a family greater than 4 persons.

Hotel staff was wonderful, room was clean and spacious, pool was great and breakfast was good with a variety of hot food and grab and go items.

Wonderful hotel! It was quiet, clean and checked all the boxes for a great place to stay. I would definitely return.

Wonderful place to stay. Very quaint. Was welcomed at the door with a smile and greeting. Room was perfect. First time in Wallace and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the stay.
