Great service!

Good staff dirty elevators seems like the Hotel cleanness has been neglected not worth $200 more like one star hotel not the Marriott standards

We stayed two days, Staff was friendly, other people staying there seemed very happy and we were close to the mall, breakfast places and the family we were visiting. No complaints here. When I go back I will stay there again.

Great location, clean facility

Everything was great other than room service only came by 1 time during my 5 night stay. Really wish they had a microwave in the rooms too. Not exactly sure why but a nice trip and experience otherwise.

Good and recommend

Place look like a hurricane hit it. Pressure wash the place. Like they slabbed cheap material for renovations and some weirdo kept hopping on the elevator from floor to floor. Place lacks security as far as the entry. Was Leary of parking my car although I did appreciate the late night patrol.

I enjoyed my stay here. Although they didn't have a pool it was an enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Mobile Marriott. We booked last minute due to booking somewhere else that i felt unsafe staying at. The check in staff was so kind. Our stay was home like peaceful, clean and i felt safe. The check out process was easy and the staff eas amazing. I highly recommend staying here and we will most definitely stay again

The entrance way was dated and just not up to Marriott standards. We had to ask for complimentary water and my room did have the condiments for coffee stocked.

Only issue I had was the toilet kept running all night

The phone did not work for Room Service and the AC was not cooling. I will say the staff was SUPER friendly. When I went to check in the payment system was down but both front desk host handled things super and it was fixed quickly. When my phone did not work for room service I called the FD from my cell she was wonderful. She helped me right away. ALL of the staff I came to encounter were smiling and friendly.

Check in time was 3pm but room wasn’t available until 6pm after we had to threaten leaving to find another hotel to stay at. Dirty towels, dirty floors. Hot & humid room.

This is one of 3 safe clean hotels in Mobile. Stay here often, staff is amazing

The beds are super Comfortable. The hotel Was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
