Everything was perfect. I would just recommend a few things for the hotel 1. Have water stations by pools. It's very hot and we shouldn't be waiting in line for 10 minutes just to get water 2. You need more staff around the bar if the hotel is busy. I shouldn't wait 15 mins to get a drink. 3. The water in the pools is very cold and wasn't too enjoyable. 4. There should be more beer options on the all inclusive menu 5. The restaurants in the hotel should be accepting guests based on empty spaces and should be able to go every night and not one restaurants per week. If it is all inclusive I should be able to go to a restaurant as many times as I want during my stay and it shouldn't be through the app. 6. There should be a snack bar or even a few with real snacks, like sandwiches and crisps and chocolate. These are just some ideas so make the place even more perfect Thanks for everything

Overall, we had a lovely time – a much-needed, relaxing family vacation that allowed us to recharge. The hotel is beautifully designed like a Greek village, charming and pleasant to walk around. There are plenty of pools, so there’s no need to fight over sunbeds by the main pool. The staff was (mostly) friendly, and the hotel itself is very clean, well-kept, and nicely maintained. The biggest downside for us was the food, which was, to put it mildly, not tasty. It’s honestly surprising that even something as simple as an omelet could turn out poorly… To be frank, this really affected our experience, especially since we couldn’t leave the hotel to eat elsewhere and had paid a significant amount to enjoy the “all-inclusive” package. The à la carte restaurants were somewhat better, but it was very frustrating to have to wake up early just to book a spot through the app in order to secure a place at the better ones. Another point that could be improved is the afternoon activities for kids – there weren’t enough engaging options to keep them entertained during those hours. That being said, the hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing, and we truly enjoyed the atmosphere, the pools, and the overall family time together. With improvements in the food and children’s activities, this could easily become a perfect vacation spot.

The best food in an all inclusive hotel that I think you will find in Crete. Every restaurant is actually special in its own way, and the service is exceptional. Will probably be back again sometime soon!

We love this place! 2nd time staying and it was just as good. Perfect for families, lots of pools and snack bars. The buffets and al a carte restaurants are all top notch. We’ll be back!

I loved every bit of my stay. From the staff to the services were all great. I would only suggest that the housekeepers do a more thorough job when cleaning the rooms. Overall my stay was great

We loved our stay. However the cleaning of the rooms weren’t 5 standard.

We had a brilliant 8 nights at Creta Maris. It’s a beautiful resort with fantastic facilities. Staff were all very friendly although service in restaurants could be a little slow at times. We were upgraded to adult area rooms luckily as sun beds by the pool were a scarce resource unless you were willing to reserve them by around 7.30am every morning. I imagine it was much worse in the normal area. Evenings were very relaxed, not much in the way of entertainment, we did enjoy an evening at the outdoor cinema however. One area i was disappointed in was the gym. Equipment was ok if a little dated but it lacked space and i really wouldn’t expect a gym in a 5 star resort to be open to local weight lifters. The gym supervisor even commented that we were the only holiday makers in the gym at that time, it was 5pm in the evening! Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely go back but only if we could get rooms in the adult area again.

Deluxe ocean view was only visible from the patio. We killed 17 mosquitoes the first night to clear the room. Property was gorgeous and amenities were always around. Cleanliness of other guests were not so clean. Guests would leave trash and cigarette butts around for staff to clean up.

Far better than expected. Great food, beach access, wonderful staff. Wish the pools were kept open longer as they were the cleanest, clearest pools i have ever experienced. Great stay, hated to leave.

Rooms could be cleaner. Not possible to get sun-loungers without being up at the crack of dawn to reserve them. Restaurant availability/booking system only explained after arrival and then not possible to book restaurants we actually wanted to go to. Food was decent but not sure would go back.

Overall excellent property for a vacation enjoyment for families with children or adult couples

As a couple we decided to join the adults part of the property . We had a really nice room but after 2 days we have to go after the cleaning stuff for coffee , coffee cups water , toilet paper ( we suppose to get those every day . Bed was not done properly and room and bath tap not clean when I need to use it. We drunk from the same cups 5 days ( not clean ) We arrived at 5 pm . we love restaurants but we have to wait for 2 days to book any because the answer was they are full .They manage to get us a spot for the next day and the restaurant was not full. Breakfast 10 kinds of eggs no fish( smoked salmon ) ,no Greek nice bakery I know with cheese or spinach and not allowed to have a sparking wine( Mimosa ) . The adult area was very hot so we end up using the area with kids . The only bar with nice fire was full with family and young kids ( kinder garden ) can’t get a table . All adult activities ( fitness )were away from the adult area . All the entertainments during the day was around kids area . If you have kids great but if you don’t and you love food and dancing or Dj nights for adults only is not the resort for you . Very clean , very nice amenities . Good drinks For the money I spent for this resort as an adult and all inclusive was not for us:(
