The hotel was not worth the money overpriced and too expensive.

All in all good stay

There is an open gap in my room door to outside. A one inch gap for things to get in and out of my room. I would never recommend this place.

It was a last minute stay due that it was long drive to our destination we need a break to sleep great location due that was just a few minutes from the road that we were on. It included warm breakfast.

We had the entire pool to ourselves in the evening, was awesome, but we like to meet people too. We thought we would be closer to Lake Placid, but it was nice, less expensive, dog friendly and a great pool, so worth the 15 min drive!

Nice and quiet

bathroom was covered in mold, walls tub and ceiling. We did not stay. will never stay in a Ramada again

Rooms were very basic but clean and very affordable. This location was close to the casino which is why we chose this location.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very nice and oversized. They even made me breakfast.

The room was clean the staff was friendly but the swimming pool was broke down and the breakfast wasn't nothing to right home about

When we arrived we were met my a wonderful gentleman that was extremely customer service friendly. We did not like the first room we were given due to the location and he quickly changed it to a perfect room.

Not very clean Found someone’s sock in the room. Also gloves and someone’s room key.

TV wouldn't turn on to connection, so. No dresser for clothes. Other then that was good

The shower pressure was excellent. Staff who helped me had excellent customer service.

It was quiet. The room could have been cleaner the walls and door seems like they had stuff on them. The breakfast was ok but nothing to brag about
