Clean, great food at the restaurant, comfortable

recommend that the hotel have a room to store for storing luggage for 30 minutes or so while customer can take care of bringing all stuff and park car or return car. when traveling, with rental car, brings unique challenges, especially when traveling by oneself and no one to watch luggage.

When you book your room and pay for it ahead of time, they tell you nothing about a deposit that you are supposed to get back and don’t! And charge you extremely for parking and upgrading a room that you know nothing of! And they charge you for continental breakfast. You cannot eat no outside food in their dining area. These are all things they are supposed to tell you before you book your room.

It was OK for 1 night

Restaurant and any sort of food options closed at 8pm which for an airport hotel was an unpleasant surprise. I arrived at 9pm from California so for me, it was 6pm. Area around the hotel was full of freeways exiting Newark, so not easy to navigate on foot. Also, the free shuttle from the Newark airport was complicated and difficult to find. The Hilton should provide guidance on that

This is a huge hotel and hosts weddings and other events. Unsure if the rude, inconsiderate people who created such a nuisance until 3:18 am were part of a group event but certainly something to consider the next time I book a hotel. I thought airport hotel, should be relatively quiet. Also the ice makers are in the hallways and it’s loud in general but especially loud when being used between midnight and 7 am. Ice machines should be off between midnight and 8 am. If you need ice go to lobby and get it. Next, people need to respectful of others. You’re not the only person staying at the hotel! I hope housekeeping parked outside your doors and left their vacuum cleaners on all morning. Hotels should have quiet floors for the folks who are not part of an event and just staying for a night or two! Hilton, you have a reputation and it needs to be improved at this hotel. Staff were nice.

In for a quick start for concert, front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The room at this facility has an unending mechanical noise that was so loud I felt I was going insane. I learned it was the hotel’s cooler, which needs to be on most of the time. I don’t know why they’d book rooms in that area at all. They had to move me to another room but it was still fairly loud.

I can’t speak to the area around the property but our stay if one night was everything it should be. Nice dinner, friendly staff, clean, very good shuttle service, etc.
