The hotel and staff were very nice, but they did not supply the room I booked. They blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed them.
Interestingly, the room they gave us - and offered no options - was one that they do not even list on their website or on Expedia.
Amusingly, after we got back from our tourist activities in the afternoon after the first night, they said, "It's too bad you weren't here; we had another room for you but it's gone now." They didn't call or attempt to contact us during the day. Did they mean if we had happened to be hanging around the lobby, all day, on our vacation?
