Travelled with family. Requested adjoining rooms on first floor and was checked into two rooms on second floor across and down the hall from each other.

Outstanding service

It's a great place to stay while in Sydney. Only a 5 min drive from the harbor area. The breakfast was good and the personnel was super friendly.

Excellent beds! Breakfast setup was crowded and difficult to maneuver and food disappointing

I would not recommend this property for the free breakfast. The bacon appears to be microwaved and the egg look like it was liquid egg. Not a surprise but a sure disappointment. The room was clean and the bed was ok but the air cooling system was really loud and place next to the bed which made for a terrible night of sleep. While I do not have mobility issues it’s a disappointment to see inaccessible doors and walk into building and no elevator or lift to second floor. An upgrade is needed. I wouldn’t stay again.

Rooms are too small for two travelers. Furniture is mis matched and crammed into the room. Breakfast area is very small. Staff that we dealt with was the highlight of our etay

A bit outdated

The staff at check-in were helpful and kind. The person running the breakfast room was not very helpful and they ran out of eggs and sausages by 9:40 and didn’t make more when it was served until 10. The breakfast space was also very tight so most people took their food to rooms which is fine but not ideal.

Helpful & pleasant staff. Comfortable & enjoyable stay. Would be good to see a reduction in single use items, for example plastic cutlery.

Too old of an Inn, run down and need major renovation. The receptionist was great . Dining room too small

Room was neat and clean. Linens available after a hot shower with ample water pressure; comfortable bed. Fridge and coffee maker available, wish there was a microwave. Excellent breakfast, numerous choices.

The breakfast was lackluster. They were iut of most things by the time we were down (we went about half way through the time it was available). The rooms were to be expected. Clean.
