The overall property (outside and inside) is well maintain. The room was well furnished and clean. The staff was welcoming and very professional. I enjoyed my séjour.

The check in staff was very helpful and gave us a groundfloor room when we requested this, and also assisted with the points for the stay. Nice extra touches like lemon enthfused water and a package of cookies with a welcome note in the room.

Clean and very friendly

Rooms were well prepared, and neat, clean. Air conditioner was loud. Everything else was very good.

Comfortable, clean, quiet hotel. The price is right, and includes a decent breakfast. Friendly staff. This is our go-to hotel in Sudbury. Note that there is no elevator but there are only two floors and it’s no issue for us. If you have mobility issues, I believe they will put you on the main floor.

All was great with the exception of even though we ask to have our room serviced every day, they did it only once in 4 days. Not good enough.

The stay itself was great, however there wasn't a recycle bin in the room. The gfi plug tripped when I was drying my hair, maybe not enough power to the plug!! I went down for breakfast around 9:25 am and there wasn't any eggs, homefries or bacon. I was expecting scrambled eggs, turned out they looked like mini pancakes. Missed the boat there. I ended up going to Cora's. .
