I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THERE WAS NO COMPLIMENTARY TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL OR TO THE PORT.

Under construction, don't say here. Drilling over head stated at 8: 30. Elevators taken up with repair equipment. Unpleasant conditions to stay

The property is under renovation, which the informed AFTER i placed the reservation.

My stay was two one nighters on the front and back end of trip. The building was being updated and we knew that going in. The help was fantastic with help and overall plesantry. My only surprise was transportation to and from the airport there was a charge. The web site insinuated it was free. All good

The property was excellent

The hotel staff were very friendly, the room was very spacious (it wasn't a suite), and it had a very large sofa and computer desk area. The shower was huge! Restaurants, shopping and entertainment were within walking distance. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better stay.

I already shared about our stay and don’t want to go into it again. I would never stay there again and wouldn’t rec it either.

A lot of renovation so it was a bit noisy. Not too bad though.

Was ok need an upgrade

Brianna at the front desk was wonderful! We arrived early right off from a cruise and she got into action. Let us drop our bags, get a text if a room opened up. She warned us it might be an hour or two and invited us to eat breakfast gave us a map of things close by or let us change to bathing suits to get into the pool. 30 mins later room was ready! Thank you for your help! The hotel is under construction outdated but was fine for an overnight stay.

The location and walk ability was wonderful. More than that, the staff was extremely friendly!

The rooms were very big, spacious and clean. The staff was great, helpful and curtious. The hotel was getting remodeled and the construction went on (and felt like beyond the time they said). The walkie talkies on the side of the elevator were noisy.Also, the surrounding area isn't the best, especially at night time.

I wish I had been informed prior to that renovations was going on. I looked forward to breakfast but was a bit disapointed in that too. I do look forward to visiting after reno is done I looked forward

Front desk staff very helpful about places to eat near the hotel. Very friendly!

Was an amazing experience. Came in early and was helped to store my luggage’s, ate breakfast and room was made available within an hour. Was really impressed.

The gal that worked at the front desk the night we checked in was very nice and helpful. The day staff at the front desk has room for improvement. The top floors were under construction but don’t recall this was mentioned on the website when booking. Some hotels we searched mentioned anything going on at the property. The sink was clogged/not draining properly, looked like there was mold around the bathroom trim.
