I was made so welcome at the front. He upgraded me toa ocean view with a balcony. It was so relaxing to sit out on the balcony with a cup of coffee. I loved the single cup Keurig with four coffee choices. The suite was roomy and nicely setup. They are under construction in some areas so the noise started early, but that was okay. I was already up amd having coffee our on the balcony. I had a wonderful Fish anc Chip meal T the Mos restaurant attached. All the tourist shops and sites were within great walking, so I had a great time shopping! Definitely will stay here again!!!!!

This hotel is in a great spot, right downtown and ocean front. The lobby has been upgraded and remodeled, and they are working on the exterior of rhe hotel. The rooms are in desperate need of updating. While beds and linens were clean, the carpet fwlt extremely filthy. Kitchenette was nice, but needed a new refrigerator- very noisy!

We always enjoy our yearly trip to the Oregon coast. This one was really special staying at this property least expensive close to everything great parking.

Bungalow room was cool

This is a dated property undergoing major construction updates. We knew this prior to booking but we were surprised and concerned about tight parking and heavy equipment in the entrance and parking lot area. We had to unload our truck quite a ways from the front entrance. Check-in could not locate our reservation but did provide us a room when I showed my email receipt. Our room is small with no closet for hanging clothes and we had to keep our suitcases on the floor. The adjoining room door had been damaged but not repaired. The lock between rooms had been replaced but the door panel was not.

Our room was VERY SMALL But was comfortable. Very noisy during the daytime as southern half of the building was being renovated. Would have preferred a room with an ocean view but none were available. Hotel IS however, convient to the beach and main street. Would have booked different accomodations had we known about the renovation. Hotels.com should communicate with properties about and problems. Renovation or remodeling. Pool or spa not working, restaurant closed for remodeling, elevators out of order, etc. Hotel, should keep Hotels.com informed so that guests are NOT surprised upon arrival!!

Very cool location. The room was clean. The staf was friendly.

We will absolutely be staying again especially after their new remodel! Things were a little outdated but this incredible staff made up for it entirely! Bailee was so helpful and willing to take the time to make sure our Oregon stay was everything we could ever want it to be!

We were not informed of the construction going on at the hotel. When it's done, I'm sure it will be nice, but for now, it's not so great.

Everything was average until I checked out. The young woman who checked me out didn’t ask me about my stay or anything. When I asked for a printed folio for my expense report she said she couldn’t give me anything since I booked through Expedia, even though they took my credit card and charged me when I checked in. Then I asked for her to hold two bags for me until later this afternoon and she said she wasn’t allowed to do that. Every hotel I’ve stayed at does this for guests but she couldn’t have cared less. I voiced concern that my car could get broken into and bags stolen and she didn’t care. When I told her I wouldn’t stay there again she simply said “okay.” Really poor customer service. She should find another job that doesn’t require her to help people.

Liked the proximity to the beach.

Great Place

The cordial staff cannot make up for terrible construction noise, including hammering, nail guns, and crashes, and vibrations in the floor and the balcony. I could not have the relaxing vacation I wanted. I checked out a day early. Our stay earlier in the summer was very pleasant, in contrast to intolerable noise this time.

I didn't like that the air didn't work in the room and you could hear noises from the room next door.

Was not told there was construction going on. Was woke up at 7am to loud hammering and compressors. Was told it was listed on 3rd party web site and it is not. Very disappointing. Not a relaxing get away

The hotel is great but under renovation

I enjoyed the area, but the hotel was under construction doing upgrades and it was never mentioned until after I arrived and payed for room. Internet was down for 24 hrs, and it was easy to see that our room had been broken into previously and locks had not been fixed properly.
