This hotel location is in Bugis area and Masjid Agung (tourist area). The halte bus and MRT station are within walking distance. You can easily find halal food around the hotel. The room size is big compared to other hotels in Singapore. Really recommended to stay while visiting Singapore.

My luggage was unpacked in room 802, probably by room service, and my Channel items were missing. I only found out about it when I arrived in Indonesia while unpacking. It was truly disappointing. be careful staying here

Near Arab Street, Masjid Sultan, and many halal food restaurants

The room is big, got a free upgrade because I brought kids so I got a family room with kids' decorations...will be back to stay here.

It is only about a five-minute walk from Bugis MRT Station (Exit B), and just steps away from Bugis Junction and Bugis Street, two of Singapore’s most vibrant shopping and dining areas. There is also a 7-Eleven convenience store directly across the hotel, which is very handy for quick needs or late-night snacks. Although the building appears slightly dated, the facilities are well-maintained and function perfectly fine, ensuring guests still enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating—they provided smooth assistance during check-in and were very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. My room was spacious, clean, and cozy, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring the city. Another highlight is that tap water is safe to drink, which adds an extra layer of convenience for travelers. Considering its strategic location, room quality, and level of service, the room rate is quite reasonable and well worth the price. The location of the hotel is very strategic, close to the mosque and in front of the hotel there is Sevel.

Good location, excellent facility, excellent service especially when you want to keep your luggage before check in or after check out. Very near with "Bugis Street" and MRT Bugis and also shuttle bus, you just walk around 5 minutes...there you go...you can explore Bugis Street, also 15 minutes by walking to Mustafa Centre. I stay here for 1 night and I request for connecting door because I booked for two rooms, and they provided it. Thank you very much for your excellent service. I recommend this hotel for all those who want to stay near Bugis Street.

I stayed for 3 days, thank God it was comfortable... especially because it was close to the Sultan Mosque.

The best is that it's near Sultan Mosque and near Arab Street. Location wise, you can't beat it.

the bed was great, it's just the toilet was in the corner, too small and was not with a bathtub as I expected and the toilet door is a bit rustic inside. The TV didnt work but since I focused on work, didnt call the hotel to fix it. Previously I have stayed always in twin bed and the room and bathroom usually awesome. And I never get room with breakfast from my reservation app. Only room for family has bed with breakfast. :( I hope one day this hotel will provide more rooms with breakfast choices.

Overall it's okay, my kids enjoy it, the location is strategic for going anywhere.

It's not bad for a one-night stay. The furnishings haven't been updated for a long time. It's quite spacious, and there's a bidet.
