I get the place is old. But come on - give the room a paint job. There were badly drywalled holes, paint chips out of the walls, air conditioner unit - rusty, inside of the drawers could have used a simple shelf paper. The drab brown curtains were hung with a rope or something. Buy a curtain rod. Here's an idea. Add a picture to the room to warm it up. Not one picture? Barely an outlet to charge your phone. TV was super small, 8 channels and everyone of them had snow on it and the sound was awful. Only good thing I can say, is the pillows were nice and the bed covers were soft and the room was sound proof and water pressure was good. But it was pretty drab. Two stars at best. Sorry.

Toilets were to low for a person with bad knees you need higher ones also no toilet roll holders.

Person staying next door kept trying to get into room via connecting door through the night. Several attempts made to reach desk with no answer. Two females traveling alone made for very nervous nights

Many areas need some TLC in terms of maintenance (walls peeling etc) and cleaning. Air conditioner doesn’t seem to drop the room cooler even though thermostat set to lower.

It was on main street also ground floor has own outside door so easy to pack car

Hotel staffs were so kind and accommodating. Quiet surrounding. Wish breakfast is more interesting (too plain, even coffee is not that great). Room is clean but one bed is squeaky.

Everything was good

1. Great check in, then HELL 2. drunk people in halls, and if not them screaming kids. 3. Flies everywhere in our room. 4. Burned arm @ breakfast as hot water would not turn off for making tea...last time I fell on the ice in handicapped parking so im guessing hot or cold you're screwed. 5. Had yo ask FOUR TIMES for towels as 1 towel for 2 people...finally stood there until I had them in my hands 6. Reeks of smoke....are there actually smoking rooms here 7. There is no place to hang clothes... even coat hooks on wall would help. We ended up putting out ironing board to drape our wedding guest clothes on. 8. No toilet paper roll holder. Just plunked on the side of the tub. Tacky. 9. One...ONE ... 2 prong plug in whole room that was free.  Bring a power bar , unu something and then try to connect your devices...I got zero work done as a result. 10. Walls unpainted and crappy. 11. All fan in bathroom did was give an electric shock. 12. REMARKABLY THE TV WORKED THIS TIME AFTER 3 PREVIOUS NON WORKING TELLIES 13. I dont think that thus is really a hotel but a residence for those facing housing instability as proven by woman who.kept trying to sell BJs to hubby.34 Never ever ever ever again. WORST $339 EVER SPENT.

Our door was open upon arrival. There was another door in our room tied off with our lamp cord.

Woke up to the police in the hallway responding to a disturbance in the rooms next to mine, which wasn't surprising since there were strange looking men wandering around in the parking lot and children playing near the dumpster. The hotel is dirty, old and smelly. The bed was uncomfortable and smelled like weed. They put us in a smoking room that had no toilet paper roll holder. The tv featured fuzz on every single channel. The "breakfast" buffet consisted of loose cereal, yogurt and one single apple. I wouldn't let my dogs stay at this place.

Beds and washroom were clean. The air conditioner sounded like an old train. Had to ask twice to send bath towels to room. The tabke clock was not adjustable

the staff are always friendly and make sure all your needs are met within their means

The parking lot has lots of potholes. Inside is clean but a little out dated

One of the worst hotels I've ever been in. Peeling and patched paint, air conditiomer sounded like a frieght train, room very grubby, bed was damp. I would never EVER stay here again. I was thinking at one point that I should just sleep in my car. If I could give it negative stars I would. $250 Cdn is a rip off for this crap.

Awful stay!!!! Way overpriced for this hotel! So many issues...air conditioner barely worked during heat wave. See pictures for some issues....dirty bedding, patch work bathroom, mould in the bathroom, tv did not work etc.!! There was an awful chemical smell that left us having headches so no sleep. Hotel should not.have Travel lodge name. Do not bring your family here.

Hotel needs a refresh and carpet needs a deep clean.

Only one thing is plugs needed to be clearly located.
