I liked

Very good. Everything was comfortable. No elevator so just keep that in mind. But it was satisfactory for the price.

Door to bathroom was dragging on the floor. Decent room. Parking by the room was clogged because of restaurant next door. Staff was helpful, but probably 3 out of 5 . Hotel was right next to the highway which was a plus to get to Niagara falls or the mall or anywhere you need to go. Money was worth the room. About 15 to 20 minutes from everything.

Easy access

This is a newly renovated hotel. Rooms and property are basic, but clean. The building has a nice decor on the outside. Rooms have new beds and furniture, new carpets everywhere. I wish they upgraded their old PTAC units for heating and cooling as well. Stayed one night with my husband.

The place was very simple. Not the cleanest, we found black hairs on the bathroom ceiling. I found very expensive for what it is. No elevator to get to the second floor either. Hotel staff were very nice.

Great place for a quick stay.

The rooms were clean and fresh, we used the adjacent restaurant for breakfast and had a great experience . The service was friendly and efficient and the food was excellent and very reasonable.

Clean room. Quiet hotel! The bed was so hard!!

Expensive for its quality

Property was not in the best condition and lacked some fundamentals, such as towel rails in the bathrooms. Toilet flush function was marginal in our room. Best feature was the adjacent Courtyard Bar & Grill, with an extensive menu and excellent Marguerita’s.

Worst in the world discusting service of respecting the custumers

Had to book something quick for a one night stay on our drive home. The price appealed to me first. I was concerned about the location next to the freeway and surrounding area but we were very pleased with our spotless room and since we were on the back of the hotel, it was very quiet. We drove over to Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill for dinner, which was very good, and had breakfast at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House before we started our drive. Delicious breakfast! Both were easy to get to and close enough to the hotel.
