Clean room, quiet, great location but need different breakfast menu everyday. Need also elevator to second floor where we stayed but overall good!

A strange thing happened! We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. Booze containers on the table, bed not maid up, dirty linens In the bathroom. We went to the front desk and were given a new room that had been cleaned. This has never happened to me before. I’m not sure how to rate this.

Need to work on housekeeping and customer service. The guy Rudy was not very accommodating/ had an attitude problem. Not just with us but with multiple customers at the reception

It doesn’t have elevators. You walk all the way in the corridors nd take stairs

The goods: above expectation breakfast, good and safe location, with many restaurants and stores nearby. What could have been better: building is showing some age, with not so good sound insulation for internal walls.

very affordable and comfortable and staff were great- but there was a garbage bag left by the stairs the full 24 hours i was there and also the shower tap fell off when i tried to use it

Good location, safe and quiet. Refrigerator, bed mattress needs upgrade.

Room was dirty - the floor was sticky and evidently never mopped. Bed was uneven and super hard to sleep on. We could hear everything from inside the room - people talking, flushing from other rooms, etc. There was no way to adjust the AC, it kept reverting back to 62F despite trying to re-set it and even turning it off was impossible. Hair dryer was missing from our washroom, the back screen door was broken. The place is very dated and needs an update. Free breakfast was decent, the staff seemed friendly and the shampoo & conditioner dispenser in the washroom was a bonus.
