Hotel was clean and quiet

Staff was amazing and accommodating. So nice. Room was ok. Carpets just didn't feel clean.

Chaunte! She was excellent from beginning to end. The beds were comfortable and hospitality staff were nice. Pool area needed big time cleaning. The pool surface was dirty and needed care.

Everything was good to me. The swimming pool was good. The room was nice and the bed slept good. The only thing was wrong, the room i had.the carpet had a bad smell. But ither than that. I enjoy myself.

This was an unexpected surprise. A gem of an affordable hotel! Eat all you want at breakfast, they have bacon and eggs, toast with various condiments, waffles, yogurt, muffins! I was delighted

Room service stole items from my room

Great experience, friendly staff, great breakfast. Luggage carts needed to be replaced.

We went into the first room and walked out it was smelly. then went to the next and it was better had to shut off air conditioner because the smell was coming from there.

We checked into a room on the first floor. It had a very strong odor and had to ask for a room on the second floor. We had hoped to get a room that was less musty, but it still had an odor. We cranked up the a/c to try to reduce the smell. This was disapppointing given that I have asthma and mold affects my health.

Quick check-in. Friendly and helpful customer service. Pool closed for intermittent rain? Not happy about not being able to use pool when I have 2 kids for which I really needed the activity. Room and bed very comfortable

Lobby area was clean, hallways were visibly dirty and carpet stained, thankfully the room was mostly clean. Older hotel but in good shape, did have an odd smell(room smelled like it used to be a smoking room but couldn't get the scent out of the furniture). Staff was friendly but our room wasn't ready for a few hours after check in.

Good for the price. Continental breakfast is minimum. Staff was friendly.

The elevator was broken and other machinery was easily heard during the night from my room, making it difficult to sleep.
